Lavender hair color kit purchase
I just got this awesome lavender hair color kit from this company, and let me tell you, I am really impressed with how great this product is. The color, ASTRO BABE, is so vibrant and I've even gotten compliments on it after using it just twice. My hair looks amazing and feels super soft after using the whole kit which comes with gloves, color, eraser, tools to keep color off places you don't want, and a conditioner. The return process was a breeze and I really like that they have an option in case you change your mind. I first picked one color but ended up liking another one more, and the exchange was easy. I also signed up for the subscription plan which saves me money and makes sure I always have the product when I need it. They have different subscription lengths to choose from based on what you like. Besides hair color, they have so many other hair products that I've been happy with. Plus, I love the rewards program where you earn points for discounts. One downside I did notice was that the color doesn't last longer than a day, even though I followed the directions. The product is amazing and leaves my hair in great shape, but it's disappointing that it doesn't stay in as long as I'd like, especially considering the price.

I really like their products, but man, ordering and getting them delivered was a nightmare. So, I ordered at the end of November and my stuff just sat in Cincinnati for two whole weeks. I tried emailing them a bunch of times, but didn't hear back. Finally, I talked to this lady named Nina and she was absolutely no help. She just blew off all my concerns. Supposedly my package is coming today, but the lack of communication and responsibility has me feeling pretty frustrated. Their products are great, but I'd suggest not ordering from their site if you care about good customer service.
Dry hair mask
I just bought this brand's super popular dry hair mask and let me tell you, it totally lives up to the hype. It worked wonders on my dry, damaged hair - now it feels so soft and looks super healthy. But, I gotta say, my excitement was short-lived when the ordering and delivery process ended up being kinda disappointing.
