Family holiday gift
I wanted to find something really nice for my family for the holidays, so I thought it would be cool to get a pair of shoes for each of them. At first, I wasn't sure if I'd get everything in time, but the people at the store were super helpful and made sure my order got to me pretty quickly. I gotta admit, these shoes are seriously some of the comfiest ones I've ever had. My family loved them too, and I'm just really happy with my choice. If you're looking for some new kicks, I totally suggest checking out this store for all your shoe needs!
Sneakers with free covid masks
Oh my gosh, I got these sneakers and they are seriously amazing! They even came with free COVID masks that are made from the same material as the sneakers. I wear those masks every single day and they still look brand new after almost two years. Can you believe it? The quality is just crazy good. Plus, the sneakers are super comfy and stylish. I get compliments on them all the time. And can we talk about the packaging? It was so cute, I felt like I was opening a present!
Sock sneakers and tote bag
The sock sneakers and tote bag were awesome additions to my order. I've shopped here three times already, and every time, the products have gone above and beyond what I expected. The shoes are super comfy and long-lasting, and the tote bag is perfect for carrying stuff around. I love that they threw in some socks with my order, too. Thanks for the extra touch!
Tabi shoes for partner's birthday
I had a pretty bad experience dealing with this company. I ordered a pair of Tabi shoes for my partner's birthday, all excited about the cool gift I found. But, things quickly went south when I ran into several problems. I placed my order on September 27 and eagerly waited for my shipping confirmation, which I only got on October 7. Even then, my order seemed to be stuck in transit forever. Getting worried about the delay, I contacted the company on November 1 and was pretty disappointed by their poor communication. They told me my order was lost in transit and offered an exchange or refund. I chose the refund, hoping for a quick fix. But, it's been a month since then, and I haven't heard a thing from the company. Despite my many follow-ups and attempts to reach out on Instagram, it's like they're ignoring me. The tracking info says my order never even left the warehouse. This lack of transparency and responsibility from the company has really let me down and I don't know what to do next. I really hope they solve this quickly and I get my order eventually, even if it's late.
Order placed for pre-order tabis
I ordered a pair of pre-order tabis, but I ran into some issues with delays and uncertain shipping dates. I wasn't too pleased with the whole situation, so I won't be buying from this company again.
