Faulty cover replacement
I had this cover that broke pretty quickly after I started using it. So, I shot an email over to the company's support team here in the US on Tuesday. They got back to me super fast and just asked for some pics of the messed-up cover and my address. They said they'd check out the warranty stuff in about 3-4 days. But then, a few hours later, I got another email saying they already sent me a new cover and that I should get it in about 7-14 business days. They also hooked me up with a tracking number so I could keep an eye on where it was at. But get this, only 5 business days later (like, the next Tuesday), Post Danmark brought the new cover right to my doorstep. These guys seriously know what's up when it comes to customer service. I'd totally buy more stuff from them without any worries because they got your back if anything goes wrong. Highly recommend them.
Teenager's phone case
This case has seriously saved my teenager's phone. Through all the usual wear and tear that comes with being a teenager, this case has held up like a champ. It's a two-piece design that fits the phone just right and offers top-notch protection. My daughter never slows down, always on the move with her phone in hand. But with this case, we don't stress about any damage happening. When it's time for a new case, we're for sure getting this exact same one again.

I dont know what else to say about it but i find the company very interesting they have a good combination of quality and the variations. Its like i can get everything from one single place without wasting my time here and there which is just good

My family and I were on vacation, just cruising along, when I made a spontaneous U-turn in a parking lot. It was so crazy that my phone sitting on the dashboard ended up flying out the window. My boyfriend witnessed the whole thing and had to rush out to grab it from the road. Surprisingly, my phone survived with just a few scratches on the case and screen. I will definitely be purchasing from that brand again!
iPhone 13 Pro Max case
I bought a case for my iPhone 13 Pro Max at this store thinking it would keep my phone safe from any accidental drops. But, after using it for just a year, my phone slipped off the kitchen counter and the back screen got all shattered. I was really bummed out and pretty mad that the case didn't do what it said it would, especially since I was told it was super durable when I got it at the store.
Cover purchase
I ordered a cover at the end of March, but it never showed up. I got in touch with the company in April, and they said to check back if it didn't come in another week. They promised a refund or to send a new cover if that was the case. Well, it's now May and the cover is still nowhere to be found. I reached out to the company two more times but haven't heard back. No refund either. Told myself I won't be buying from them again.
