I had a pretty good experience getting my bloodwork done through this service. The only issue I had was with scheduling the blood draw at first. After I asked for the bloodwork, nobody got in touch with me to set up a day for the draw like they said they would. I had to reach out to customer service myself after waiting for more than a week. But, even with that bump in the road, I found the customer service folks to be helpful and quick to respond. The person who ended up drawing my blood was really nice and professional, which made the whole thing easy and painless. I was happy with how quickly I got my blood work results back. All in all, I'd recommend this service to anyone who needs to get their blood work done.
