    This is too pretty

    Wearing it was really nice and i enjoyed it a lot. Apart from good quality , the color is really good and for traveling and especially for the pictures. it goes really good ! i also bought the sandals from here in white color, i paired with the dress sometimes and its perfect

    Wedding dress purchase

    I just got a wedding dress from this store and I was actually really happy with how everything went down. At first, I got a dress from a different place, but then I found the same dress for cheaper on this website. I was a little worried after reading some bad reviews, but the dress came on time and looked just like the picture. I was able to return the other dress without any problems. Overall, I had a good shopping experience with this retailer and I would totally suggest it to others.

    I had a pretty rough time with the customer service at this place recently. They totally dropped the ball with communication - my emails were getting ignored left and right, and the online help was no help at all. It wasn't until I finally called them up that I got things sorted out. Thankfully, the person on the other end of the line was super nice and got everything resolved quickly and professionally.

    Recent purchase issue

    I just had a really bad time trying to return something I bought. I spent $2,000 and only got $1,000 back after returning it. I've been trying to get in touch with them for six weeks now, making six calls, talking to different managers, and sending ten emails, but haven't heard anything back. The customer service has been so bad, and I'm just really frustrated with the lack of communication and not getting this sorted out.

    Dress exchange in December

    I had to exchange a dress last December, but the options for exchange were limited and they didn't have my size. I was bummed out because the item I wanted was out of stock. On top of that, there was a buyout that messed up the return process and caused delays. I tried reaching out to customer service multiple times, but I had a hard time getting a solution.

    Wrong Size Clothing

    This company is a total disaster. Can you believe I waited a whole five weeks for my order, just to get the wrong size? I tried hitting up their customer service through email, but got nothin'. The lack of communication and crappy service is just not cool. I thought they were gonna be reliable and trustworthy, but boy was I wrong. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of ordering from them.

    Gift card issue

    I had a really bad time with customer service when I tried to get a promotional gift card. It took them over a month to give me a straight answer, with one person saying they had to manually issue the card. I kept checking in and they kept telling me to wait, but then they suddenly said I couldn't get a refund on the promotional gift card. So basically, I had no option but to pay full price for the stuff I kept, even though I returned one of the two items I bought. It was really annoying dealing with all the confusion and lack of clear communication.

    Canceled items and slow shipping

    Yeah, I ordered some really cute stuff online and then a few days later they go and cancel my order! Even though it was still listed on the website in my exact size! Can you believe it? And to top it off, it took them forever to even ship it out, I swear I could have biked over and picked it up faster myself! And when I tried to email them about it, they didn't even bother replying. Talk about rude, right?

    Sweater dress purchase

    I just bought a sweater dress from this company, and let me tell you, it was not a good experience. I waited almost a month for my order, but when I contacted customer service to check on it, they told me it was sold out. I was really bummed out. They said I'd get a refund, but it might take up to 72 business days. The lack of communication and slow response was super frustrating and not cool. I definitely would not suggest shopping with this company based on my bad customer service experience.

    Flash Sale turned List Price

    The customer service at this store is terrible. I can't believe how unprofessional they are and how little they seem to care about their customers. My most recent experience was a disaster - packages didn't show up, Flash Sales turned into List Price right as I was trying to buy, and the customer service reps were completely clueless. They really need to work on their manners and problem-solving abilities. I had to ask one rep to go somewhere quiet during our call because it was so noisy where they were. This kind of unprofessional behavior is just not okay. I will definitely not be coming back to shop here again.

    Fashionable clothing items

    I bought some trendy clothes the other day and man, I was so bummed with how long it took to process and ship. It took over a week for me to even get an email saying they were processing my order. I had to call them a bunch of times just to get an update. And then, to top it off, there was another delay in shipping because of a sale, making the whole ordering to delivery process last a whole month. They didn't even bother communicating these delays, so annoying and unprofessional.

    Three dresses

    I bought three dresses from this store recently and man, it was just horrible. Ordering was easy, but that's where the good stuff ended. The customer service was terrible. When I contacted them about a problem with one of the dresses, they brushed me off and didn't really seem to care. It was like they couldn't be bothered to help me at all. Their lack of concern really turned me off. And the prices were way too high for what I got. I felt like I was getting ripped off. And don't even get me started on the delivery. It took forever to arrive, and when it did, the package was messed up. Overall, my experience with this company was a disaster.
