The paints are awesome
I bought the paints from here for painting the inside of pool . I remember buying it from here when i first decided to built the pool , tHe paint stayed for really long time without any problem . then i change it due to price but the one i bought was not that good . So for this summer, i again purchased the same thing , i am so glad that the quality is still same and even better, the price is also affordable now. Also for painting the pool, i dont need lots of paint . it do the coverage which is pretty decent . theer are some really good options i got which i might used to next time.
Shock product disappointment
I just bought this shock stuff from InTheSwim and man, it was a total letdown. Every time I used it from the pool opening kit, my pool just got all cloudy with chemicals. And I even tried a bunch of different packs, but it was the same every time. Even my pool guy had the same problem at another customer's pool. It was a huge bummer, honestly. Definitely not gonna buy that shock product again.
Chlorine product purchase
I just bought some chlorine products from this company, but ended up getting the wrong item. I was supposed to get 3-inch tablets, but got chlorine granular shock instead. When I reached out to Customer Service about it, they were not very helpful and didn't solve the problem. It's frustrating to see a company not taking responsibility for their mistake like that.
Pool liner purchase
I bought a pool liner from this company and man, I gotta say, I am super let down by the whole deal. The customer service was not great, with different reps telling me different things about my order. I was told it was already shipped, but turns out it hadn't even left the warehouse. When I asked for proof, they put me on hold forever and then sent me to voicemail without even asking. All in all, the service was just plain unprofessional and not reliable.
Chlorine bucket purchase
I've been a loyal customer of this company for more than ten years and I've always really enjoyed the service I've gotten. But this year, I ran into a big problem with my order. I bought a bucket of chlorine, but it got sent to a whole different state. When I contacted customer service for some help, I was really let down to find out that four different reps straight up lied to me about sending a replacement. Things got even worse when the supervisor wouldn't own up to the mistake and instead had the reps back out of helping me. That left me feeling like I didn't matter at all and in the end, I lost trust in this company.
Wrong item received
I just bought something from this company and got the wrong thing sent to me. When I reached out to customer service to fix it, they said I had to send back the wrong item first before they would send me the right one. It was annoying because it was their error but I had to deal with it. It seemed like they cared more about their shipping process than making sure I was happy. I ended up really let down by their service.
Needed chlorine for pool opening
I needed some chlorine to get my pool ready for the summer. Since Covid-19 messed up all my other plans, I had to go with this one company again, even though I've had problems with them before. Can you believe my order that was supposed to show up in one day took a whole 9 days to get to me? It took a detour from North Carolina all the way down to the Florida Keys before finally making it to me here in New Jersey. When I called customer service to find out what was up, they just gave me the same old run-around. I am never ordering from them again!
Purchased pool supplies
I recently bought some pool supplies from this company and man, let me tell you, it was a real letdown. I've been a happy customer in the past, but this time was not great. After I made my purchase, I noticed I got charged twice for the same thing. When I tried to get in touch with customer service, I got some real unhelpful folks who didn't seem to know how to fix the problem. It was frustrating to find out they were outsourcing their phone support abroad, which made for some bad communication and no real solutions. On top of that, I never got a confirmation email for my order, and the shipping took forever. All in all, this experience has me thinking twice about shopping with this company again.
Pool chemicals
I had a really bad experience with this company. Their customer service was just awful, almost like they were doing something shady. I never got what I ordered or my money back, and when I tried to reach out, the people I talked to seemed clueless and couldn't help me at all. The way they run things is totally not okay and I wouldn't suggest anyone give them any business. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to spend your money.
Pool cleaning supplies
I just bought some pool cleaning supplies from this company and man, I gotta tell ya, I'm really bummed out by how they handled everything. They sent my order to the wrong state, making it take over a month to get to me. I've been trying to get a partial refund by emailing them but no one has bothered to respond. It's pretty obvious that this company cares more about themselves than their customers.
24ft pool liner purchase
I just bought a 24ft pool liner from this store, and man, was I pumped to get it! But when it showed up, it was the wrong one. I could tell right away that something was off because it felt way lighter than it should've been. I even busted out my digital caliper to measure it, and sure enough, it was only 14mil when I ordered 30mil. I reached out to customer service at InTheSwim, and they didn't seem to know about the incorrect info on their website. Just a heads up, mil is a specific measurement and not all sites have the right info!
96 bags of pool shock online
I ordered like 100 bags of pool shock online, but after a week, I still hadn't gotten any tracking info. Turns out they didn't even have it! They took my money and just left me hanging. So not cool, man.
Pool float purchase
This company is such a joke! I ordered pool floats weeks ago and still haven't gotten them. Customer service is a mess - no one answers emails or calls. The prices seemed good, but now I know it's too good to be true. And delivery? Forget about it - where is my stuff?!
