Non-existent inventory
This company is a total scam! I bought something from their online store only to get a message later saying they didn't even have it in stock and wanted me to cancel the order on my own. Super shady if you ask me! Definitely avoid this company at all costs.
Laptop purchase
The laptop I got wasn't the one I asked for. I even shelled out extra cash for an older model, but they gave me the newer version. And, to top it off, I didn't even get my order receipt until after the shipment arrived, which was super annoying. As if that wasn't enough, I kept getting these annoying "invoices" asking for payment when I already paid using Apple Pay. It's been a total headache dealing with them, something I definitely could have done without.
faulty part
I got this really messed up thing from that store, and when I tried to return it, they were absolutely terrible at helping me out. I asked for some sort of return number, but they never gave it to me. So I ended up reaching out to the actual creators of the product, and they're going to help me fix this situation.
Garmin
Seller shipped incorrect item. I notified them with photos. They apologized and provided RMA to return. I did so and next thing I know, I received claims that I’ll get my return in 3-5 days to my RMA is cancelled and claims that I never provided photos all within one day of each other—each message coming from a different person in the company.
I have logs and evidence of the conversation. But apparently this company is well known for scamming customers and deceptive bait-and-switch practices. Now I’m out of the item and my money. Stay away!
Ironically, the person that authorized the RMA and later closed the RMA citing no images was Dean M—must have a rough case of amnesia!
