    I bought some stuff not too long ago, but ended up needing to return a few items. I reached out to customer service and they really came through for me. They walked me through how to get a return authorization on their website and even hooked me up with a new return label while we were on the phone. I shipped the items back and got my refund in about a week and a half. Seems like their customer service game has leveled up!

    I had a bit of trouble getting a refund for a return because of some mix-ups at the warehouse and not enough customer service help. But after some back and forth, everything got sorted out nicely. They even threw in a freebie as a way of saying sorry. The management really needs to iron out those kinks in their system to make things run more smoothly. Big shoutout to the person who helped me out on social media, though.

    Return handling and delayed order

    I gotta say, I'm getting a little worried here. I made a return to the online store back on July 5th and haven't heard a peep about my refund or receipt. Then I went ahead and placed a new order on July 10th, thinking everything was good to go, but turns out the shipping provider hasn't even sent it out yet. I've been trying to get in touch with the customer service team by phone and email, but no luck there either. At this point, I'm owed over 7000 DK and the lack of communication and action is really starting to get on my nerves.

    I bought a backpack, but it smelled like gross old stuff and the computer pouch was too small.

    I was really excited about getting this backpack, but man, when I opened it up, it stunk like it had been sitting in a musty basement for ages. And the pocket for my computer was way too small - major disappointment. On top of that, I was supposed to get ten greeting cards but only found eight. Such a letdown!

    Belt with return issue

    I gotta tell ya, I had a really bad time with my most recent purchase from this store. I mean, the delivery was quick, I'll give them that. But man, everything else was just a mess. I ordered this belt, right? And when it arrived, it looked like someone had definitely worn it before. Like, it seemed more like a second-hand or B-grade item than something brand new. So, I tried to return it, but that was a whole other headache. Even though UPS said they got the return, the store wouldn't give me my money back. They straight up ignored all my emails, which just made me even more frustrated. Their customer service was seriously lacking. So now, I'm left with no choice but to get PayPal involved to try and fix this whole situation.

    My experience with this company was really disappointing. I was told on their website that there would be no customs fees when making a purchase, but then UPS hit me with a big charge. After a bunch of frustrating email exchanges, they asked me to pay the fee first because of some issue with the UPS label. And even though I ordered before the Christmas deadline for guaranteed delivery, my item didn't make it in time for the holiday. There was a serious lack of transparency and they didn't follow through on their promises, which left me feeling very unsatisfied with the service overall. Customer service was no help either - I couldn't get through to a real person on the phone, and the automated French responses just made everything more frustrating.

    Inadequate customer service experience

    I gotta say, my recent dealings with this online store have been a real letdown. The folks in customer service were just plain unprofessional and rude, and didn't seem to care at all about helping me out. On top of that, it was like pulling teeth to even get ahold of them by phone or email. They promised me a response within a day, but it's been 5 days and still nothing. It's pretty disappointing and annoying, especially since their stuff isn't cheap. You'd think for a so-called 'high end' brand, they'd treat their customers better.

    I recently had a big problem with my online shopping. I had to return two items that I didn't get refunded for by the customer service team. I had to keep calling and emailing them multiple times before I finally got my money back. It made me doubt if this company can be trusted, especially with their online business. I think they should do better, especially since they have a good reputation. Right now, I'd suggest shopping in person or at department stores to avoid dealing with issues like mine.
