    Smart Vacuum Cleaner

    I wanted to share my experience with the company's smart vacuum cleaner. Overall, I've been pretty impressed with how well it works. It's smooth, efficient, and does a great job of cleaning up dust and dirt around my house. But I did run into a little hiccup with the sensors mistaking dark carpets for cliffs. I got in touch with customer service, hoping for a solution that didn't involve getting rid of my carpets. Unfortunately, the response I got wasn't very helpful. Instead of offering a practical fix, they just suggested I buy one of their newer models. I get that newer models might be better, but I was bummed that they seemed more focused on upselling me than fixing my problem.

    Saved so much of time

    iRobot is amazing, its really good! okay, i have used but this is the far best i got! not the least budget friendly option i got but i really like the functions i got here. Their are lots of time saving features. Also its automatically mapped , which means it locates the dirt areas and heavy traffic areas on its own so i dont have to set these settings ! The mopping with this fast and better . Aslos it reaches the corner which is hard for me to find or even doon my own . so yeah i love this, but again its not budget friendly but time-saving option to consider

    Just recently switched to the newest iRobot model after using my old one for a good three years. So far, the new one has been working great, although it does struggle with mapping sometimes. I really like the camera feature that helps it see obstacles. It does take a bit longer to clean than I'd like, but overall, it's doing a good job.

    New vacuum connectivity issue

    I am so upset with this company right now. I bought a new vacuum, but I can't figure out how to connect it to the app. I've tried calling customer service and tech support multiple times, but they have been no help at all. I've done everything they said on the website, but my vacuum still won't work right. I am so frustrated with the lack of support and help from this company. It seems to me that the "i" in iRobot stands for incompetence, indifference, and ineptitude.

    Robot vacuum purchase

    I bought a robot vacuum not too long ago and it ended up being a total letdown. The mop part just wouldn't work right, even after trying everything from factory resets to getting a replacement. Dealing with setting it up and all the software stuff was just a headache. I think it's worth checking out other brands like Ecovacs for something more dependable and easier to use. Companies need to focus on making their products work well and be simple for folks to use.

    Return label issue

    I had a frustrating experience with customer service when trying to get a return label via email for a product I needed to send back. I talked to four different people, but none of them could help me. The first person said they couldn't create the label and sent me to the sales/returns team. The sales team said they don't handle returns and sent me to the technical department. But the technical person couldn't help me and left me on hold forever. It was really disappointing how little they knew and how inefficient they were, especially for a company known for their good products. It's sad to see such a great company drop the ball when it comes to customer service. In the end, I was frustrated and unhappy with the whole experience.

    Smart vacuum robot

    I got this smart vacuum robot for 800 bucks and I've been using it gently to clean up my teeny 800 square foot apartment for almost a year and a half. I've been taking good care of it, but all of a sudden, the start button won't work. The tech team says it's because of some software issue that can't be fixed. They're claiming it's a manufacturing error, which is super disappointing given how much I shelled out for this thing. I'm beyond frustrated that this thing is now useless and can't be fixed. iRobot won't replace it since it's out of warranty. Overall, I feel like I just threw away my money on this thing.

    Vacuum robot purchase

    I've actually been pretty happy with my robotic vacuum during the warranty period. It's been a real game-changer and made my life a lot easier. But I have to say, I was really let down by the customer service. When I had technical problems, I had a hard time getting the help I needed. It took them four whole work days to get back to me, which just doesn't cut it when you've got a product that needs fixing right away. And on top of that, they didn't give me any info on how much the repairs might cost. They just had me send the robot in for evaluation without telling me what it could set me back, leaving me unsure if it was even worth it or if I should just buy a new one. Not having a price list made the whole situation even more frustrating. Spending a good amount of money on a product and then not getting the customer support you need is a real bummer, and it's got me thinking twice about buying from them again if I'm not guaranteed good service.

    Robot Vacuum Cleaner

    I bought a robot vacuum from this company and man, it's been a total letdown. It's always acting up and not cleaning like it should. And don't even get me started on their customer service.     Two robots broke in 6 months

    I bought two robots, you know? And both of them decided to break down on me! It was seriously the worst. Dealing with getting them fixed was a complete nightmare. I had to spend like over 4 hours each time just chatting with customer service to get them up and running again. And now, I'm STILL waiting for them to pay me back for the latest one. Can you even believe it? I'm beyond frustrated with this whole situation!

    I bought a robot vacuum and mop

    Man, this company really dropped the ball when it comes to making robot vacuums and mops. I bought one of those combo robots and let me tell you, they struggle to clean my house. Can't even go straight into a room without bumping into things left and right. And when I reached out to customer service, it was like talking to a brick wall. They just kept insisting it was my fault for not placing the charging dock properly. I moved it around like they said, but no improvement. They still pointed the finger at me. I asked if they could pass on my feedback to the developers to fix the software issues, but they acted like it was impossible. Seriously, what kind of company doesn't want to improve their products for their customers? All they care about is raking in cash, not ensuring their customers are satisfied. They couldn't care less whether their products actually function properly.

    Upgraded from a 692 to an i5

    The i5 model has been a huge letdown since I got it. At first, I thought the basic map feature would be useful, but it turned out to be really unreliable. Supposedly, the device is supposed to save a map after a successful run, but that never really worked consistently. When I reached out to customer support, they didn't really help much - just asked for more info and suggested trying a different WiFi network, which didn't make sense to me. I only use one T-Mobile WiFi network and everything else connects just fine, so the problem must be with the i5 itself. I'm really disappointed with how the i5 performs and I wish I had stayed with my 692 model. Overall, this whole thing has left me feeling pretty bummed out.

    Robot vacuum purchase

    I recently bought this robot vacuum and it's been a total letdown. It keeps glitching out, so I've had to call customer service a bunch of times for help. But man, dealing with their team has been anything but pleasant. They sent me a new one once, but surprise, it was messed up too. Trying to figure out what's wrong has been a headache and a time suck. Long story short, I wouldn't suggest this product after going through all this mess.

    Warranty extension

    My recent experience with customer support was so frustrating! I was on hold for like thirty minutes, only to have the representative not be able to help me extend my warranty. I had explained why I was calling right from the beginning, but they just told me to talk to the warranty department - which should have been the first step to save time. And to top it off, they didn't even give me a resolution or any confirmation that my warranty was extended. I was left feeling disappointed and without a solution.
