I have been a loyal customer of It Cosmetics for several years now and I have always been extremely impressed with the quality of their products. When I finally called, the person I talked to was nice and got me a return label real quick. It's been a couple weeks since I sent the stuff back, but still no refund. They really need to step up their game with customer service and follow-through.

Overpriced products with strong perfume scent
Don't bother spending your money on anything from this company. I learned the hard way after buying their blush, foundation, and cleanser - total regret. All their stuff has this overpowering perfume smell that made my skin burn, and that Bye Bye Pores blush? It just made my pores even more obvious. When I complained to customer service, they wanted me to shell out extra for fast shipping with a signature to send it all back, almost as much as I paid for the products in the first place! Trust me, steer clear of this company. Total waste of time and money.
