Great Selection, Prices, and Customer Service
I have been a client of Italist for several months now and I have had nothing but positive experiences with the company. Their online shopping platform is user-friendly and easy to navigate. Their selection of designer brands is impressive and they always have a great variety of new arrivals.
I especially appreciate their sales and promotions, which offer great deals on high-end brands. The prices are already competitive, but with the added discounts, I am able to purchase items that would normally be out of my budget.
I have also had to return an item and the process was seamless. I received a refund in a timely manner and the customer service team was helpful and responsive throughout the process.

I just got myself a sweet deal on a pair of luxury shoes from Italist. They were way cheaper than buying them in the US. The whole process of ordering was super easy and quick. It only took about 4 business days for my shoes to arrive all the way from Italy. Pretty impressive delivery speed if you ask me. But when I checked the shoes, I saw that they might have been returned or used for display before because there were some scuffs on the soles and some of the packaging and Gucci paperwork were missing. Despite these small issues, I was still happy with my purchase and would definitely shop with Italist again in the future.
Japanese optical frames
COOL STORY! So, when I was in Paris, I spotted this super cool Japanese glasses frame that totally stole my heart. But, for some reason, I didn't buy it then and there, and boy did I regret it once I got back to Australia. Luckily, I found the exact same pair on Italist, and the price was even better than what I saw in Paris. The whole ordering thing was easy-peasy, no stress at all, and I got the glasses in just a few days thanks to DHL. I gotta say, I was seriously impressed with how quick and smooth everything went down. I'll definitely be coming back to Italist for more goodies!
