Tie-dye Mask and Long sleeve Shirt
I’m giving Ivory Ella a 4 star rating! The Mask and the shirt I bought from online. Easy online shopping! Quick shipping! Happy with the way they were delivered! I’ve shopped in store before, and the service was good! A little pricey, but for a good cause! Ivory Ella’s clothing is well made! I’m sure I’ll buy something else soon!
New leggings
These leggings are seriously so soft and comfy, like, the best I've ever worn. The material is amazing and they fit perfectly. And the designs they have are super cute, especially the ombré shirts and water bottles.
Best quality in clothes
They have the best designs in clothes and i like all of them! Also the price is not too high so i can afford all the things, not all but most of the items
T-shirt with unexpected customs charges
I just bought a T-shirt from this company and boy was I surprised to see extra charges on top of the shipping fees I already paid. Turns out there were customs fees, excise charges, and Post Office handling fees that totaled over $20. Total bummer for just one shirt! Then when I tried to ask for a refund for these sneaky costs, they shut me down and wouldn't even give me the CEO's contact info to air my complaints. Needless to say, I was super let down and felt like I got totally ripped off.
Overpriced shipping
I just bought something from this company, and yeah, the stuff was good, but I couldn't believe how much they charged for shipping. I actually ended up paying more for shipping than I did for what I bought! And then on top of that, I had to pay an extra $15 for customs. And to make matters worse, my package got stuck in customs for a whole week. Can you believe that? It's crazy!
Sweatshirt Purchase
I recently bought a sweatshirt from this place and I gotta say, I'm really disappointed. The quality and size were way off from what I expected. I've bought stuff from this brand before and always loved how soft, roomy, and high-quality their clothes are. But this time, it just didn't measure up. The sweatshirt was way smaller than I thought, almost like a small when I got a large. It also felt thinner, and the hood strings looked cheap. To top it off, when I checked the tag, I saw they switched to a lower quality brand, Gildan, which my daughter called "basic." It's sad to see a once-great brand downgrade like this. I definitely won't be shopping there again if this is the new normal. And then on top of all that, when I tried to return it, they said all sales are final. As a loyal customer, this change in policy with no exceptions really hurt. It's hard to believe they'd treat their customers like this now.
Fourth of July themed shirt
I recently ordered a shirt with a Fourth of July theme, but I gotta say, I was pretty bummed with the way the company handled things. It took them a whole nine days just to get back to me after I reached out to ask about my order. And when they finally did respond, they said my shirt was gonna be shipped out that day. That kind of radio silence and slow response time just ain't cool, especially coming from a company that's supposed to be reputable. Honestly, I felt like I was getting the short end of the stick and I kinda wish I spent my money somewhere else. All in all, dealing with this company was frustrating and disappointing.
