T shirt bundle
There was this really awesome deal on a T shirt bundle that I just had to snag, so I ended up buying 2 sets. The order arrived really fast and the package was in great shape. The T shirts look amazing, and the mugs that came with them are pretty neat too. I got a fantastic deal for what I got and the customer service was excellent. I'm definitely planning on buying from them again because I'm so happy with my purchase!
Excellent customer service support
I had this problem with my order, so I called customer service for some help. This guy, Sam, was super nice and got everything sorted out real quick. I was really impressed with how great he was at helping me out. Big thanks to Sam for being so professional and giving such exceptional service!
Bargain 3-item purchase
I got a great deal recently, 3 items for a super low price. One of the items came messed up, but customer service was on it. They sent me a replacement right away, and it got here fast. Big thanks to the team for being so quick and helpful.
Clothing item
This company seriously took a whole month to even ship out my order, and on top of that, the thing didn't even fit. I had to fork out money to send it back, but at least Royal Mail was able to confirm they got it. The complete lack of communication from the company was so irritating, I had to take matters into my own hands and reach out through online chat. They did refund me quickly, but it felt like they were just trying to push their luck.
Slush Puppie Maker
I bought the Slush Puppie Maker hoping for yummy slushies, but all I got was cold, flavored water. Total letdown. Waste of time, money, and extra costs to keep it running. Definitely would give it zero stars if I could.
Wireless earbuds
I ordered some wireless earbuds from this company recently, but I haven't gotten them yet. They sent me an email saying it would arrive on one of two days, but no luck so far. When I contacted customer service for help, they just told me there was a delay in the tracking info with no explanation or new delivery date. I'm really frustrated with their lack of communication and follow-through. It looks like I might not even get a refund based on what other customers have gone through, and that's just not okay.
Gift for daughter
I ordered a gift for my daughter that said it was "in stock" on the website. I waited for days, checking my order all the time, and then they told me it wasn't available because the manufacturer didn't deliver it to the company. I had to scramble to find a last-minute replacement gift.
Delayed Order
I am really ticked off about my experience with this company. I ordered something and it's been 9 days since then, but no sign of my order showing up. I've contacted them a bunch of times to check on my order, but they keep saying they can't give me a shipping date. On top of that, they can't even cancel my order because of some warehouse problem. The lack of communication and not being able to fix this quickly is getting on my nerves. Finally, they gave me a vague answer of 5 more days until it ships, but by now I don't even want it anymore. Overall, this whole thing has been terrible and I wouldn't suggest buying from them.
Order placed on the 30th of November
I placed my order on November 30th, but I just got an email saying they haven't shipped it yet. I haven't heard anything else from them since then. My order number is 443019400622.
Delayed delivery deception
I got told a bunch of different dates of when my order was gonna show up, but when it finally did, it was obvious they didn't even have it in stock. The Royal Mail tracker wasn't getting any updates because Iwoot was still holding onto the item. Instead of just being straight up and giving me back my money, they kept me in the dark. Now, my kid doesn't have an advent calendar, and it's too late to get another one. I won't be coming back to shop here again, that's for sure.
Super cool ninja turtle backpack
I got this really cool ninja turtle backpack a while back and was so excited to have it in time for my cousin's birthday party. But you know what? They didn't even confirm my order! And they still took my money! I waited and waited for like 2-4 days as they promised, but no updates. I tried to reach out but got nowhere, so I had to file a claim with my mom's credit card company. And then, when I was already at summer camp, the backpack shows up 3 weeks late! It's like, seriously? I don't even need it now! What a letdown! This company is terrible, I'm warning all my friends to stay away from it!
Affordable gift purchase
I just bought something from this online store because the prices were good. But man, I was so disappointed with how long it took for my order to arrive - 10 days later than they said it would. And on top of that, I couldn't even figure out how to cancel it once I knew it wouldn't make it on time. By the time it finally showed up, I had already bought the same thing from a different company. And then they had the nerve to charge me £8 for return shipping, even though the delay wasn't my fault. It's just frustrating dealing with a company that lures you in with low prices but can't get it together to deliver on time.
Recent order experience
I recently had a pretty bad experience with the customer service team. I contacted them about an issue with an order I had just made, and they were kind of rude in their response. They basically said I couldn't change the order because it was already set to be shipped out. They told me to just wait for it to arrive, send it back, and then make a new order. I thought that was not very helpful and definitely not good customer service. It bothered me that my order was processed so quickly, just 3 minutes after I placed it. Especially since the company's products usually take a while to arrive, this made me feel really frustrated and inconvenienced. It didn't seem fair that they wouldn't let me cancel and get a refund, especially since it had been such a short time since I ordered. So yeah, I'm pretty disappointed with their customer service and won't be buying from them again.

Then, the next day, I got an email saying it was finally dispatched, but the tracking info isn't even working so who knows if it's on its way. It's been super annoying dealing with this and honestly, I would suggest staying away from this company.
