Excellent products
It's a known brand in digital world Being a music lover a good collection of headphones and ear phones I have since 2014 Whenever I plan to buy a new brand I do home work on web sites and many sellers ,features rating comparative pricing and after sales services
Jabra headphone is latest collection I also have JBL Sony and Bose headphones so I was expecting similar or little better quality of sound as today's digital world providing greatest sound systems

The Elite 10 headphones from this brand are seriously impressive. I've bought three items from them so far, and I gotta say, they never disappoint. The sound quality is top-notch - super clear, detailed, and just all-around amazing. It's like you're right in the middle of the music. Plus, the in-ears have this cool sensor that really kicks things up a notch. It's hard to put into words how awesome it sounds - every note and beat just pops. And they're comfortable to wear too, no pressure or anything, so they're great for long trips or everyday use. If you love music, these Elite 10 headphones are a must-have for sure.
C400-XT headset
I bought a C400-XT headset back in January and had some trouble when I tried to update it. The headset actually shut down while I was updating it and would not turn back on. I got in touch with customer service right away for help and I have to say, I was impressed with the amazing service I got. Melanie, the representative I spoke with, was super helpful and fixed my issue quickly. She asked for the info she needed and got a replacement headset sent out the very next day. I really appreciate the fast and helpful support from the customer care team at Jabra.
Teams videoconf headset purchase
I was pretty disappointed with the Evolve2 75 headset I bought because I couldn't use noise-cancellation (ANC) and Sidetone at the same time. It just doesn't make sense to me why they designed it that way - it basically makes the headset useless in my opinion. I really rely on those features for my video calls, so it was a big letdown. I'm hoping that future models, like the Evolve3 series, will fix this issue and give me a better solution. On the bright side, the headset worked well in other ways and returning it was easy and stress-free.
Wireless earbuds
I recently bought these wireless earbuds, and for some reason, one of them would run out of battery way quicker than the other one, even when I wasn't using them. But I reached out to their support team, and they fixed it right away. Also, the sound quality is awesome, and the price is actually pretty reasonable.

When I got my wireless earbuds, I was happy to see that the company had really great customer service. It reminded me of another tech company I've dealt with before - both really know how to treat their customers well. Customer service is super important, and Jabra is definitely killing it in that department. I had a couple small problems with my earbuds, but the customer support team was on it and fixed everything right away. All in all, I'm really happy with the service I got from Jabra.
Headphone purchase
The headphones I bought just didn't work out for me, so I'll be returning them soon. I'm thinking of choosing a different headset from the ones they have. Even though the product wasn't the right fit, I have to say the service was top-notch. The customer service folks were super nice, helpful, and easy to talk to. They made the return simple and hassle-free, which I really liked. I'll definitely think about buying from here again down the line.
Quick and satisfactory purchase on 10.10
I completed the whole purchase super fast on October 10th. Totally satisfied with the customer service. I bought a new charging box, but then I found the original one before it got here. As soon as the goods arrived, I sent them back. The support team was quick and clear in their communication. They let me return the item for free. It took about 22 days for the shipping, approval, and getting my money back into my account. Pretty cool.

I recently got a new cordless telephone headset and I'm really happy with it. It's way better than the old one I had that was always acting up. I needed some help with installing the software on my computer, so I reached out to customer support. The person I talked to was super friendly and patient. They helped me get rid of some unnecessary files and reinstall the software, making sure everything was running smoothly.
Earbuds purchase
I had a great experience talking to the folks at this company. They were really quick to answer my questions and provided me with a lot of useful information. Someone even went the extra mile and gave me a call to help me find the serial number for the product, which I thought was really nice of them. However, I do wish they offered a service for getting minor issues fixed on devices.
Lost outdoor, found working perfectly
My son, who's six, went and lost one of my earbuds outside. After a month and a half of searching, I finally found it under the wheel of my car. Surprisingly, it still works perfectly! I gotta say, the sound quality is top-notch and I'm really impressed with how durable this product is.
Elite 7 Active in-ear plugs
The Elite 7 Active in-ear plugs really deliver when it comes to sound quality. They're super comfy for extended wear and not at all clunky, so you won't be rockin' that alien look. But man, was I bummed when one of the plugs crapped out after only a year. Jabra hooked me up with a replacement, but it was a hassle. And then, just two years later, another plug bit the dust. Seems like Jabra needs to work on the durability of these bad boys.
