    Twin sheet sets with sham

    I ordered two sets of twin sheets with sham from this company, but I only got one set without the sham, and it wasn't even the right item. I contacted their customer service right away, and they said they would get back to me in 2-3 days, but they never did. I tried reaching out on their website and Facebook, but got no help. I had to dispute the charge on PayPal to get a refund for one set. It's frustrating that they didn't admit their mistake or provide good customer service.

    Bulk purchases disappointment

    This website is just awful. I ordered a bunch of stuff all at once and when it arrived, it was super disappointing. Each item seemed low quality and poorly put together. Plus, their return policy is a mess. You have to deal with returns one item at a time and pay for shipping yourself. Such a waste of my time and money. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to shop.

    Three tops purchase

    I got three tops from this place I'd rather not mention. Big mistake there. I ended up keeping two and sending one back. And that's when the trouble started. I asked for a refund, and they said it would be in my account within 3-5 business days. It's been two weeks now and still no sign of that money. I tried contacting them, but they conveniently ignored me, saying they were too busy to deal with it. And don't even get me started on their chat -- it's just as useless as their customer service. Thinking of taking this up with my bank. Lesson learned, never shopping there again.

    Tie-dye sweatshirt

    Oh my gosh, I got the cutest tie-dye sweatshirt from this store and I was so excited to wear it, but it never showed up! I tried emailing them, messaging them, even tagging them on Facebook, but they totally ignored me! It's been weeks and I still haven't heard back. Don't bother spending your money there, you guys!

    I've been a fan of this place for a while now, but I've started to notice that the stuff they're selling isn't as good as it used to be. I used to dig their unique items, but now it feels like they're just selling the same old boring stuff that you can find on any other app. They've also added a bunch more items, which makes me feel like they've forgotten about us original customers.     Job interview experience

    I went to this job interview at this place, and let me tell you, it was not good. The lady interviewing me seemed totally uninterested. I know I had all the skills they were looking for, but it was like they didn't even care. Then they hit me with the "we want you" line but crickets after that. I followed up, but got no response. It made me feel pretty crummy and like I wasn't being taken seriously. Finally, they told me they found someone else. How disappointing.

    Stroller purchase

    The stroller I got from the store was really good, but man, their customer service was a letdown. The chassis handle started acting up after a few months, but when I tried to get it fixed under warranty, the seller wouldn't respond to any of my messages or calls. I had to go directly to the manufacturer for help, and they said they would, but then they went MIA when I tried to check in. All in all, the customer support was just not up to par.
