    JEGS is really simple and hassle free shopping option. I dont mind choosing this for shopping the vehicle parts. Working as a mechanic for three years , i came to know the important of fast delivery. I have some experiences where the site i ordered the vehicle ended up with late deliver and i have to refund the customers because of late repairing . Its really a waste of everything . JEGS is really good option to consider for this and i am very much okay with the services so far! Its awesome . The services are on time with really good product prices and quality is best too

    I was kinda worried at first after seeing some bad reviews, but turns out my experience was actually pretty good. The only thing that had me stressing was the 'order status' page saying my order was on hold. Did a little digging on the site and found out it's just a regular thing to check parts availability for exports. The parts I got came in four days earlier than I thought they would, which was awesome. All in all, the whole process was way easier and quicker compared to ordering from other countries after Brexit.

    Difficult Returns Process

    My experience trying to return something I bought from Jegs online was a total nightmare. I spent hours waiting on hold just to talk to customer support, and when I finally got through, they sent me to a broken link for the return label. On top of that, I had to pay for shipping. I wouldn't suggest this returns process to anyone.

    Radiator support cover purchase

    I bought this radiator support cover from the company not too long ago, but it didn't really do what it was supposed to do - cover the support properly. I reached out to customer service to see about returning it for store credit, and they told me I'd have to shell out another $14 for return shipping. So, basically, I'd be out $4 just on shipping, when the part itself cost $24. It's a bit of a bummer.

    I just bought four performance car parts from this store and didn't bother to check the reviews first. Even though all the items were supposed to be in stock, I ran into some big problems with the shipping. Three of the items showed up together, but the fourth was sent in a separate package with no heads up. It took a whopping five weeks and a bunch of emails to Fedex before I finally got that missing part because of some customs holdup. The store's customer service team was cool and helped me out, but it seemed like the real issue was with their warehouse. I might have to look into different suppliers next time.

    The customer service at this place is so bad. I called two days in a row and was on hold for a total of 4 hours. It's crazy to me that they can run their business like this and still manage to stay open. I'm definitely not going to buy anything from them again.

    My experience with this company was really disappointing. I tried to email and call them several times about my order, but they never got back to me. Because of that, my engine parts ended up at the wrong address. It's frustrating that they didn't keep me in the loop or take responsibility. Now I have to go to the wrong place to get my order and cross my fingers that everything's okay. I wouldn't recommend buying from them to anyone.

    New headers and exhaust

    I was super excited to get this awesome exhaust kit for my car, so I went ahead and ordered it online. I waited and waited for what felt like forever for it to show up. Finally, when it arrived, it was the wrong part! I was so frustrated. I gave them a call and they told me I couldn't return it because I was outside the return window. I mean, seriously, Jegs? Definitely not cool.
