Repaired ring
The company really came through for my grandmother's ring that lost a stone after 4 years of use. When I reached out to them, they quickly set up to replace the missing stone and check all the other stones on the ring. The folks in customer service were so nice and kept me updated on how things were going with the repair.
Once I got the ring back, I was totally impressed. They not only fixed the missing stone but also cleaned and polished the whole ring, making it look good as new. The attention to detail and skilled work were top-notch, and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out.

Few days back , my wife received the package from here and she loved the ring i gifted her. What she loves was the whole customization i did , well I was actually looking for an ring to buy on her birthday. I am not with her as i am stuck in a different city so i cant give her present. This site was new so i also had no idea about when it will deilievered. the one thing that attracted me was the customization the ring idea. I chose the designs ,metals, engraving, stones etc , and within three steps, the ring was all set. It was really fun and something different experience for me
Gold necklace purchase
I just bought a gold necklace from this company and decided to go for the faster shipping option. The necklace came on time, but there was a little problem with the delivery because of Fedex. Thankfully, the customer service team was able to help me quickly by making a new order that was sent to me overnight. I'm really happy with both the necklace and the help I got from the customer service team.

I was so happy with my order from this company! I got a ring with birthstones for my granddaughters and a dog tag necklace for my oldest granddaughter with her graduation year on it. My mother's stolen ring
I was really bummed when my mom's ring got stolen, but the person at customer service was so awesome and gave me a discount to get a new one. They made the replacement ring really quick and shipped it out super fast!
Necklace with birthstones
Wow, you guys, the necklace I ordered with mine and my mom's birthstones was absolutely stunning! It was so shiny and sparkly in person, I was blown away. The customer service was amazing when my package got stolen, they were so helpful and sent me a replacement right away. I was beyond relieved when my mom's birthday gift arrived just in time!
