I gotta say, I recently bought a pair of shoes from this place and man, I am seriously impressed by their customer service, prices, and the quality of the shoes. I placed my order on the 15th of the month and they shipped it out on the 18th right on time. Even though the delivery date was a little later than I hoped, I reached out to customer service to see if they could speed things up. And guess what? My shoes showed up on the 19th, just one day after they were shipped! The shoes are even better than I expected - the quality and design are top-notch. And get this - I paid half the price for them compared to other places, but they're totally worth it. Honestly, I have to say, these shoes are way better than my super expensive designer ones that I bought for five times the price. I am super happy with my purchase and for sure will be coming back for more in the future.

Man, these shoes were something else! They were so gorgeous, perfect for jazzing up any casual or smart casual look. But dang, being someone with wide feet, they just weren't the right fit for me. So, I decided to hit up customer service for some help, and let me tell you, they were absolutely fantastic. They were super quick and professional in their responses, and on top of that, they were so patient and understanding. They really went above and beyond to make sure I was totally happy with how everything turned out. I can't sing their praises enough for their top-notch customer service. Even though the shoes didn't work out for me, I'll definitely be coming back to this brand all because of the amazing service I got.
Wedding shoes
I had the most amazing time at this super fancy shoe store in London! I was looking for my wedding shoes, which I had already spotted online, and this really sweet lady named Giselle (but she likes to go by Gigi) was there to help me out. She found me the perfect size and gave me some great advice! But they didn't have my size in stock, so they had to order them from another store. Gigi made sure they arrived safely and held onto them for me until I could come pick them up the next day. She wrapped them up so nicely, and I felt so special and classy! Thanks a million, Gigi, for making me feel so amazing and helping me find my dream wedding shoes! I'll definitely be back and I'll be asking for you next time!
Chic shoes
These shoes are seriously awesome, and let me tell you, the customer service I got was on point. I had a little hiccup with a return, but Alessandro at the store handled it like a champ. He was efficient and super friendly, which is hard to come by these days. People like Alessandro are what make shopping actually fun. I really hope he gets some recognition for his great work and moves up the ladder fast.
Black stiletto heels
I went to the store recently and had the best employee help me out. She was so patient and nice, letting me try on a bunch of shoes until I found the perfect black stiletto heels that I just had to have. She even helped me figure out what to wear with them, making the whole shopping trip a blast. I'm seriously in love with my new shoes and I'll definitely be back to shop again. Hopefully, I'll get to have that same awesome employee help me out next time too.
