I was pretty bummed out by the small selection of products this perfumer had. I mean, the scent I got was amazing, but it was only in cologne form. I didn't expect a big perfume company like them to only have cologne. Being in Australia, I was really hoping to snag an Eau de Toilette or Eau de Parfum. They should really think about adding more options to please all kinds of customers. For now, I guess I'll have to check out other brands like Chanel that have more choices when it comes to scents.
Fragrance purchase
I went into this store thinking it would be like any other, but wow was I happy to be proved wrong. The employees here aren't your typical salespeople, they really know their stuff and are genuinely helpful. Dyneal was especially awesome to talk to - super informative, friendly, and even a little sassy. I left feeling like I actually gained some knowledge about perfumes, rather than just being pitched to.
Intense cologne purchase
I just bought this intense cologne online, it's a 150ml bottle. When I got it, I saw that the bottle had some deep scratches on it. Looks like maybe it got messed up during shipping. But gotta give a shoutout to Customer Services for jumping on it super fast and taking care of the problem right away. They even called me to make sure everything was cool. I really appreciate their top-notch service.
Gift for sister-in-law
I ordered a gift from the online store just in time for my sister-in-law's visit from abroad. But man, I ran into so many problems with the website. The address kept changing on its own with autofill, and it even left out the house name which caused the gift to not get delivered. DHL said they would call to find our house, but they never did. Then I had issues logging into my account because my password wasn't working right, and the 'forgot your password' option was useless. So now I'm out $80 and had to get another gift for my sister-in-law somewhere else. It's super frustrating and all I want now is my money back.
Perfume purchase
They emailed me asking for a review, but then never replied when I emailed them back. It's disappointing. Why bother asking for my opinion if you're not going to acknowledge it? So frustrating!
birthday gift, mom
I went to the store with my mom for her birthday and we ended up getting a free hand and arm massage. The lady, Sara, was amazing! She knew everything about the products and was so friendly. I really enjoy using their stuff and will definitely be returning. Thanks for making my mom's day so special!
New fragrance
Oh my gosh, the girl working at the store was so friendly and knew everything about all the perfumes. She totally helped me choose the perfect new fragrance that I am absolutely obsessed with now. I am so excited to go back and get more!
Perfume purchase
I bought some perfume at that store recently and man, was I let down. Even though it's a well-known brand, the scent didn't last at all. It was gone in like 10 minutes after I put it on. Total waste of money.
Pomegranate Noir Cologne
I just bought the Pomegranate Noir Cologne, and man, was I let down! The scent disappeared super fast after I put it on, and for the amount of money I spent on it, that's pretty annoying. Plus, getting my order delivered was a total hassle. I had to call customer service multiple times because it was late. Overall, my whole interaction with this company was a disaster. I definitely won't be buying from them again.
Gift order disappointment
I tried to order a gift online and jazz it up with gift bags, tissue, and ribbon, but Jo Malone said they don't do that anymore since Estée Lauder took over. Bummer! Guess I'll have to start shopping at Jo Loves for gifts that are beautifully wrapped.
Scented candle purchase
I was so let down by that scented candle I bought. The packaging looked great, but that was about it. It took forever for the smell to spread in the room, and when it finally did, it was so faint and didn't stick around. I definitely don't think it was worth what I paid. I've found better stuff for better prices at other places, like Yves London.
Fragrance purchase
I recently bought a fragrance from this company and man, I gotta say, their customer service was seriously lacking. The delivery got all messed up by the courier they hired and my package never even made it to me. When I tried to talk to them about it, all I got was a basic apology and a half-hearted offer for a refund. It was pretty annoying to feel like they didn't even care about my feelings on the matter. This whole situation has definitely got me thinking twice about buying from them again.
Three candle box set
I totally regret buying the three candle box set from the store. It was a huge letdown. After burning just once, the wicks moved to the side of the glass and totally fell apart, leaving the candles looking sad. The wax quality was not up to par, and the wicks even made the wax change color after just one use. Overall, I thought the product sucked and definitely wasn't worth the expensive price it had.
Engraved candle for my birthday
I was so pumped to receive this amazing engraved candle for my birthday, but when I finally opened the package, there was no engraving! I was totally disappointed, but I gave them a call and they said I could return it to them for a fix, but that would mean I have to shell out extra cash. And those candles are seriously pricey! Definitely not worth it. I'll never be making a purchase from them again, they're a disaster.
Xmas gifts purchase
I went to the store and bought Christmas gifts for my family, spent so much money. Then I saw this online deal for a free perfume with half of what I spent. Emailed them about it, but they just said "tough luck." So not cool. I'm returning everything and shopping somewhere else.
Cologne Intense purchase
I usually go for a really bold and long-lasting perfume from another brand, but I thought I'd give this cologne intense a shot. Sadly, the smell wasn't very strong and it faded pretty fast, especially compared to what I'm used to. I shelled out a good amount of money for a 50ml bottle and I was let down by how quickly it lost its scent and intensity. I wouldn't suggest this product to anyone who wants a powerful, long-lasting fragrance.
Birthday gift purchase
I bought a birthday present for my partner at this store, but turns out I picked the wrong scent. I contacted them about exchanging the unopened bottle, but they told me they only accept returns within 30 days. Not great for gift shopping! In the end, I wasn't happy with how it all went down.
