    Fabric purchase for sewing project

    As someone who comes in pretty often, I gotta say I was kinda let down by this one employee at the cutting counter the other day. I was talking about my latest sewing project, and instead of being helpful, they straight up dissed my fabric choice and tried pushing me to buy a pattern. It was not cool at all, especially since there were other people around. I like doing my own thing when it comes to sewing, so I think the store needs to hire folks who really get that customers have their own styles and skills to respect that.

    Baby quilting supplies

    I've been coming to this store a lot, and I can't help but notice that they've really cut back on the crafting supplies they carry. Especially in the nursery section, there just isn't much fabric to choose from for making baby quilts. The stuff they have isn't really right for nursery projects. It's sad to see the store looking like it's struggling, because I rely on it for all my crafting stuff. I hope they get the support they need to bring back better products.

    Online order for crafting supplies

    Oh no, it was a total disaster! I thought I was being productive by placing an order online for some crafting supplies since I was too busy to go to the store. But then, like four hours later, I got an email saying they only had one item out of the 14 I ordered available for pick up. They canceled 13 items and are supposedly going to issue a refund. What a waste of time. What's the point of even offering online orders if they can't actually fulfill them, you know? And then, when I tried to cancel the whole order, they said it couldn't be done. Seriously, what kind of customer service is that?

    I've been a loyal customer for a while now, but my recent online shopping experience with this store really let me down. I snagged some fabric and sewing supplies on sale, thinking I was getting a good deal. But after I got the confirmation email and saw my card was charged, I was hit with the news that my whole order was canceled because some items were out of stock. What got me was that everything I ordered was still marked as available on the site.

    I've shopped online here before without any problems, so this mix-up was a letdown. It's frustrating to see others going through the same thing, and it makes me wonder if there's a bigger issue at play here. It almost seemed like the store was pushing its loyal customers away with these inconsistencies.

    I value efficient and reliable service, so this experience has me thinking twice about shopping here in the future. Businesses need to keep their promises to customers and make sure the shopping experience is smooth, especially in retail. Needless to say, I'll be checking out other options for my fabric and sewing supplies moving forward.

    I went to the local store and all they had were pricey machines on display. The rest were still in boxes, and the employees weren't very helpful or knew much about them. They wouldn't take back the opened boxes, and there was a $25 restocking fee for unopened ones. So, I ended up going to a competitor who had a better return policy.

    Felt and embroidery floss

    I wanted to share my recent experience with ordering some felt and embroidery floss online. I placed the order back in November and got multiple packages in mid-December. It was awesome getting everything, but sadly it was too late for me to finish my wreath projects for the holidays. So I decided to reach out to customer service about the missing items and how poorly the box was packed. But man, the response I got from them was so blah. They just didn't seem all that interested in helping me out. It was pretty frustrating not getting a good solution even after giving them all the info they needed. The whole thing just left me feeling really let down and unimpressed with their service.

    My recent trip to the store was pretty disappointing. The shelves were a mess, stuff was thrown all over the place, and boxes were blocking the aisles. The store was far from clean, with dirt and dust all over the floors. I could hardly walk around without tripping over random crafting stuff. And let's not even talk about the public restroom - no toilet paper and trash overflowing. I was really surprised by how dirty and uncared for the store was, especially since it's a popular crafting spot.

    Online order missing items

    I ordered some craft supplies online not too long ago. When my package arrived, I realized that some items were missing. I sent an email to customer service, but Carlos, the guy I was talking to, never even wrote back. This lack of communication and poor service really rubbed me the wrong way. I'm definitely not going to order from them online in the future. It was a truly disappointing experience all around.

    Thread and notions

    The thread section is seriously lacking in variety and cleanliness, it's just not up to par. Most of the options are either empty or covered in thick layers of dust. The rest of the store isn't any better, the notions section is just as messy. And those cashiers? Total high-school brats, I swear. I'm so done with all the drama and frustration at this store.

    I recently bought some fabric and sewing supplies from this store and man, it's been a total nightmare. I placed my order on December 2nd and I still haven't heard anything about it. It blows my mind that in this day and age, with all the technology and fast delivery options out there, a company can be this much of a mess. They sent me an email saying my order was delayed, but didn't give me any other info or updates. Every other company I ordered from in December has already come through, but my stuff from this store is just stuck somewhere. Honestly, I don't think I'll even get it until January, if ever. This whole situation has really disappointed and ticked me off. I've never had such a bad shopping experience and I definitely wouldn't recommend this store to anybody.

    Picture frames

    I ordered these really awesome picture frames way before Christmas and they still haven't arrived! It's such a downer, you know? I tried calling to figure out what's going on, but no one picked up the phone (so rude!) and all I got was some generic email. Can you believe that? I just wanted to give these frames as a gift, but now I have nothing to wrap up. UGH, so frustrating!
