    I am so bad when it comes to buying the clothes for me and the store where i used to buy , they suddenly changed the prices and it was not good for me. The Johnnie o is suggested by my best friend. he used to buy his clothes from here and that's how i know about this store. I bought shirts from here when few years back and it was good . i dont remember why i dropped it , but recently i tried it again and i bought my khaki pants, it was really good and the fitting was really perfect. I really like the services and its good to purchase site online

    Late order, unhelpful customer service

    I just bought something from this company and gotta say, I'm totally let down by the whole thing. I placed my order about two weeks ago and they still haven't told me it's been shipped. When I asked customer service for help, all they gave me was vague answers and promises that didn't really say anything. Why have policies if you're gonna use wishy-washy words like "usually" to not actually do anything? It's annoying and honestly, it's bad for business.

    Next Day Air services is Misleading

    I spent $27 on next day service but UPS ended up changing the delivery date and so the package took two days to arrive. Jonnie-O was completely unhelpful. Their “next day” shipping option is misleading. They should be giving customers a projected arrival date before customers commit to paying the extra $27 for “next day” shipping. I will never buy from them again.

    I don’t have a comment about the product since I have yet to receive it. I paced order 6 days ago and rec’d UPS tracking number the next day. Yet 6 days later UPS has yet to receive the shipment and Johnnie-O customer service says 3-5 more business days before it ships. REALLY???? This is the 2nd (and last time similar experience) with this company for me. They can take the time to create a label but not to fulfill the order. Maybe they should get with the folks at Peter Millar for tips on shipping. I receive the product ( not a confirmation of shipment ) in 2 to 3 days.

It’s a shame as I rate the product but in no way putting up with the hassle of returns!!
