    Cute clothes

    I'm really into the cute clothes they have here! The styles are top-notch and I feel super fancy whenever I rock them. The only downside is they can be a bit pricey, but every now and then they have some sales, which is nice. I always feel amazing in their clothes; it's like they turn me into a fashion queen. And the best part is they're made right here in California! So cool!

    I just bought a bunch of clothes from this store. Some of them were really awesome, high-quality stuff, but others were kind of a letdown in terms of style and material. The customer service was seriously lacking too. I had some issues with my order and didn't get any help or support from them. Felt pretty frustrated, so I ended up unsubscribing from their website. It's a bummer since I love Boho chic fashion and want to keep shopping, especially with the pandemic going on and online shopping being a must.

    Unsubscribe struggle

    I've been trying to get off their mailing list for over a year now. It's been so frustrating, you wouldn't believe. I've reached out to them tons of times via phone, email, and that online unsubscribe thing, but nothing works. They keep needing my info to take me off, only to send more stuff to my old addresses with that "or current resident" thing. It feels like I'm stuck in this never-ending loop of mail that I can't escape. I'm so over it now that I wouldn't buy anything from them, even if I was freezing my butt off in the nude.

    Dresses and a shirt that did not fit

    I'm really upset about my experience with this company. I ordered a few things online while I was recovering from a serious accident that kept me from walking for months. When I finally got to try on the clothes, I realized two dresses and a shirt were too big. I tried reaching out to the company a few times, explaining my situation and asking for a refund or credit, but they wouldn't help me out. They just didn't seem to care about what I was going through, which was pretty disappointing. It's not my fault the clothes didn't fit right, but they didn't want to make an exception for me. Plus, not being able to return online purchases in-store just makes things even more frustrating. Overall, I'm really unhappy with the customer service I got and the lack of understanding for my situation.

    Online purchase frustration

    Man, this company really needs to catch up with the times when it comes to handling returns. Dealing with their outdated policies is so frustrating. If they have the correct size in stock, they should just let customers exchange it without all the extra trouble. It's ridiculous to jump through so many hoops for a simple swap. It's just crazy. Needless to say, I won't be shopping here anymore.

    Misleading sizing, wrong items

    I was really let down by my recent purchase from this company. I snagged some stuff during their summer sale, including a pair of pants that were labeled as XL. But when I tried them on, they were definitely not XL. I double-checked the measurements and they matched a size L on the company's size chart. It was frustrating that the items were mislabeled and didn't fit right. Even though they were on sale, I still expected to get the right size. I sent them back and asked for a refund since I can't wear something that doesn't fit. If I don't get my money back, I'll have to take it up with my credit card company. Just a heads up for anyone thinking of ordering from them in the future.

    Incorrect items received

    So I made an order from this company, right? And guess what, they sent me the wrong stuff. So then I had to go through the hassle of sending it back. But get this - I still haven't gotten my refund for their screw-up. I've tried hitting up their customer service a bunch of times, calling and emailing, but nada. No help, no apology, nothing. And get this, they won't even give me the deets for their Customer Service crew. This is hands down the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Like, come on, they made the mistake, not me.

    OMG, I ordered these really cute clothes online and was supposed to get tracking info and an email receipt! But I never got it! So I called the store, but they didn't pick up, so I had to call corporate. I was on hold forever, and then when I finally talked to someone, she put me on hold AGAIN for even longer! So annoying!

    Overpriced dress and cheap kimono

    I used to be a loyal customer of this brand, but man, my recent experience totally flipped my opinion upside down. The customer service I got was like talking to a brick wall - non-existent. The prices aren't even cheap; having one item cost hundreds of dollars is no joke. But I was cool with paying for it, thinking I'd get that top-notch quality and craftsmanship the brand was famous for. Sadly, that ain't the case anymore.

    I snagged a dress on sale for nearly $200, and it turned out to be three sizes too big. When I called about swapping it out or getting a refund, it was like pulling teeth. After a long chat, all I got was a store credit. I sent the dress back right away and paid for shipping myself. A bit later, I used the store credit to buy a kimono, hoping for the same amazing quality. Nope. The material sucked and the cuffs were shoddily done. When I reached out to customer service again, they bounced me around to different people and basically said tough luck, even though I raised my issues the day the kimono showed up. Total shocker.

    Honestly, dealing with this brand has been a massive letdown. I'd tell anyone thinking about buying from them to think long and hard. The quality has taken a nosedive, and the customer service is nothing like it used to be.

    Dress and scarf

    I just bought a dress and scarf from this store, and let me tell you, I was really let down by the whole experience. The shipping charges were way too high, and when I tried to talk to customer service about it, they were so unhelpful and basically brushed me off.     I recently bought a blouse on sale online, but when I tried to return it, they said I couldn't get a refund because it was too discounted. No one told me that when I bought it, and I even checked back on our convo and didn't see anything about it. I tried talking to a saleswoman to fix it, but she said there was nothing she could do. They're low on staff, so I can't even talk to a customer service rep about it. It's been a letdown, especially since I loved a kimono I got from there before and was thinking about getting more stuff.

    I bought a piece of clothing from this company hoping to add something special to my wardrobe. Unfortunately, I was let down by the quality and fit so I decided to return it. What really got on my nerves was that they kept sending me catalogs even after I asked them to stop. I tried multiple times, even sending back catalog pages to their office, but they just won't listen. This kind of unresponsiveness doesn't look good on their customer service and it's not great for the environment either. It's really disappointing to see a company act so carelessly.
