    Bench quality

    While I was at the store, I couldn't help but notice that the employees weren't really paying attention to what they were doing. They were stepping all over the benches with their dirty shoes and chatting so loudly with each other. I gotta say, as a customer, it didn't look very professional and it turned me off a bit. On top of that, the music in the background was blaring and fast-paced, making it hard to focus and make good decisions about what to buy. I think if they toned it down a bit and created a more chill vibe, it would be better for everyone.

    Shoes for my daughter

    I went to the mall the other day to get some shoes for my daughter, but they didn't have her size. Luckily, this dude Ramses really stepped up to help me out. He was super chill, friendly, and made sure I was taken care of the whole time. Even though they didn't have what I needed, Ramses ordered it online right away. And the girl at the checkout who was helping him since he's new was awesome too. They were both really cool and made my shopping trip easy. I was really impressed with how well they treated me and I'd totally go back there again.

    New shoes

    I recently got these really awesome new shoes from Journeys and wore them to school. Everyone thought they were cool too. But then I lost them and I was so bummed. I contacted Journeys about it, but they said they couldn't refund me because Fedex confirmed delivery. But Fedex just left it on the mailbox where anyone could snatch it up! It's not my fault it disappeared. I believe Journeys should refund me since I bought the shoes from them. I'm pretty ticked off about it and I won't give up until I get my money back!

    Attempted exchange, 8 weeks, no receipt

    My experience at this store was really frustrating, man. I tried to exchange something and it's been 8 weeks and still nothing. I had to bug them multiple times, even had to call in with the tracking number for the exchange. They kept giving me the runaround, saying it was all good when it really wasn't. Turns out, my exchange never even happened. And to top it all off, they only told me after 8 weeks that I got a refund instead. What a waste of my time and energy. I'm definitely not coming back to shop here.

    I just bought some shoes from this store and man, let me tell you, the customer service was a major letdown. The website said the shoes were on sale, but when I went to use the discount code, it was a no-go. I tried to get help from customer service but crickets - no reply. When I finally got through to someone, they basically shrugged off the problem and said it wasn't their fault for the false advertising. That lack of accountability and care for customer happiness is just not cool. Bottom line, my experience with this company was straight-up terrible.

    Shoes for my little one

    The saleslady Emily Del Rosario at this store was amazing. She really went out of her way to help me find the perfect shoes for my kid. And let me tell you, she had such a great attitude and so much patience. It's not easy to find good customer service nowadays, but Emily really went above and beyond. I totally recommend this place if you want a chill shopping time.

    I ordered online with the promise of delivery in 3-5 business days, but it has been over a week and my order has not even shipped. When I tried to cancel, they refused and told me I had to wait for the order to arrive and then physically take it to a store for a refund. Absolutely ridiculous and deceiving.

    Man, that customer service was just awful! I was on the phone with someone when I made my order and they promised it would arrive by a specific day, but it never showed up! Then I called the customer service hotline and got a completely different story. I was so let down and annoyed by the poor communication and false information.

    An unsatisfactory purchase

    I recently bought something that really let me down. I ordered a pair of shoes as a Christmas gift for my fiancé, but when it arrived, there were two left shoes! I reached out to customer service, but all they could do was send a replacement after Christmas. They also made me go through a bunch of verification steps before they could do anything. Even after sending photos, I got no help from the company. Their lack of understanding really bummed me out, and I felt like they didn't care about me at all. I suggest you avoid shopping at this store, because dealing with their mess-ups and lack of care isn't worth saving a few bucks. It's better to buy straight from the manufacturer to avoid any mix-ups or bad experiences. In the end, I'm very disappointed in Journeys and their customer service.

    Two pairs of shoes

    I recently bought two pairs of shoes from this store, and the shipping process was a letdown. Both pairs had the same tracking number, but only one showed up. Plus, I didn't even get a heads up about the missing pair. The tracking details were all over the place, with delays and errors that made me doubt their accuracy. It makes me question how transparent and reliable their business practices really are.<br><br>When I contacted customer service about the missing pair, they were no help at all. They weren't sympathetic and said they wouldn't do anything about it. Their lack of support and unwillingness to fix the problem just made me even more unhappy with their customer service. Based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend shopping at this store again.

    Misdelivered shipment

    So, my order got sent to the wrong address. I showed them proof of the screw-up but the customer service folks were not helpful at all. They wouldn't give me my money back and told me to talk to the shipping company instead. I went ahead and filed a claim with the shipping company, now just waiting to see what comes out of their investigation. Journeys dropping the ball here has left me feeling let down and annoyed. I think they need to own up to their mistake and either replace my order or give me a refund before they deal with the shipping company. This whole situation has me thinking twice about buying from them again.

    I went to the store, picked out some shoes, paid for them, but they never showed up in the mail. I even asked the employee to ship them to me, but then my order got canceled.     This company is just a complete nightmare to deal with, seriously. I ordered some shoes from them and let me tell you, it was the biggest mistake ever. My package took like over a month to get to me and it was just one frustration after another. And don't even get me started on their customer service - they were so rude and unhelpful, it made everything even worse. I'm telling you, this was literally the worst experience I've ever had with a company. I highly recommend steering clear of them unless you like wasting time and getting treated like garbage. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else, trust me.
