Great show and variety
I am totally obsessed with JTV Jewelry, they seriously have the coolest stuff to buy! The hosts are all so fun and really make me want to splurge on everything. I'm all about watching those Moissanite, Fabulite, Pearls, and Warehouse liquidation shows because they always have the best goodies. But man, it's frustrating when they cancel your order out of nowhere after you've already made the purchase. They gotta give us some kind of explanation, you know? And can we please get some half sizes up in here, sometimes the sizing is off. Besides those few issues, I'm still a huge fan of JTV and will definitely be adding more to my collection soon.
Ring sizing issue
I've been a customer for more than twenty years and have had some troubles with ring sizes since they tend to run small. But I've never had any issues with returning items. One good thing is that I often get free shipping, especially when I buy more than one of the same item. The customer service here is top-notch - they are always thorough, helpful, professional, and polite. You can tell their employees are well-trained because of how great their service is. Most of the hosts on the network are professional and mature, although there are a few exceptions that I'd rather not listen to.

Overall, I gotta say I had a really good time shopping for Pearls and Moissanite at that store. They had a wide variety of jewelry to choose from and the prices were pretty awesome. I just bought some jewelry from this store that has lots of different options at different prices. I'm up in Canada so it takes a little while for shipping, but I've always had good customer service from them. Refunds might take a minute to go through, but I like that they always let me know when it's done. Overall, my shopping experience with this store has been great and I'll definitely be back again.
