I'm totally obsessed with this brand I've been into lately. Their stuff is just too good to pass up. Those comforter sets are seriously high-quality, and their perfumes smell like heaven. Their bags are so chic and sturdy, great for any event. And let me tell you, their underwear and bras are super comfy and make me feel amazing. I got these really adorable Juicy Couture undies in a large size because that's what I usually wear, but man, they were way smaller than expected! They fit more like something for a kid than an adult. I was so disappointed because they were final sale, so I couldn't exchange them. Now I'm stuck with these tiny undies that I can't even put on. I'm definitely not buying from this company again.
One item from the latest collection
I bought something from the new collection not long ago. Got a confirmation email right after ordering, but it's been 13 days and still no word on when my package will arrive. I've been shopping with these guys for a while now, so I was really hoping for better service this time around.
Tracksuit
I can't believe how awful my experience was with this company. I ordered a tracksuit weeks ago and it still hasn't shown up. I've been trying to get in touch with them through email, but no one has bothered to respond. It's so frustrating and makes me feel like I've been ripped off. The way they've handled this is just not cool or professional. I definitely won't be buying from them ever again.

Oh my gosh, I just got my super cute new clothes I ordered online and I am obsessed with them! The shipping was crazy fast and the quality is amazing, especially considering the sale price I snagged them at! Hey there, so I just picked up a tracksuit from this place and man, I gotta tell you, it's so darn comfy and soft. But here's the thing, the size is a little wonky - I went with an extra small but the pants are way too long, I gotta keep folding them up. Still, I'd totally suggest it just for how cozy it is.

I purchased a hoodie from that store a month ago, and guess what? It never arrived. Did I receive any assistance from customer service? No way, not even a response. It seems like they're more focused on running a circus than a real business. It's a complete joke, so my advice is to avoid wasting your time and money there.
Oversized order, unresponsive customer service
I bought something online, but it was too big, ya know? The website said to shoot 'em an email for an exchange, but I did that a bunch of times and never heard back. Ended up just sending back the order and now I'm stuck waiting for a refund. Can't believe this company can treat their customers so badly and get away with it. Definitely not gonna give them any more of my business in the future.
Incorrect order and sizing issues
I recently bought some stuff from this company and ended up getting the wrong color and two items that were way too big for me. When I tried to send them back, I found out there were no free returns. They told me I needed to insure the return, so I had to pay extra at the Post Office. That just seems crazy to me. This kind of service is not okay, especially for a big company like this. There are plenty of other companies out there with better and easier return policies, so I'll definitely be shopping elsewhere from now on.
Soft and comfortable clothing in fun colors
I really love the super cozy clothes from this store. The fabrics are top quality and feel so nice on my skin. And the bright, fun colors they have are a nice change from the boring stuff you usually see. I also think the unique color names are a cool little addition to the whole shopping experience.
Tracksuit purchase
I just bought a tracksuit from this store, and I gotta say, I'm really disappointed with how it turned out. The material is super low quality, feeling like some kinda cheap costume fabric. Plus, the jewels on it are just glued on, not sewn on properly. The waistband on the pants got all twisted up the first time I put 'em on, and I can't seem to fix it no matter what I do. Honestly, I wouldn't suggest getting this tracksuit at all.
Overpriced clothing from low-quality manufacturing
I bought some stuff from this store not too long ago, and honestly, I was let down big-time. The prices were way too high for what I got, and the quality of the clothes was pretty shoddy. It was pretty clear that they were made in a cheap factory over in Asia. Even though I paid a lot, the clothes just didn't match up in terms of quality.
"Recycled" Hoodie Purchase
I just bought this "recycled" hoodie for $110 and it's already falling apart after only 7 months. The shape is all wonky and the zipper is busted. It's just not holding up like the non-recycled hoodies I've gotten before. I was trying to do the right thing for the environment, but it's a bummer that the quality is so subpar.
Pink velvet tracksuit
I just bought a pink velvet tracksuit from this brand and honestly, the customer service was pretty terrible. Even though I gave them my tracking info, they totally ignored my return request. This lady named Yas, who's supposed to be a big shot manager, was super mean and unprofessional when I asked her about it. I had to start a PayPal dispute just to get some of my money back. Long story short, I'm never shopping with this brand again.
Two purchases, both with issues
Juicy Couture really needs to step up their game with their inventory management. I've ordered from them twice already, and both times I've run into issues with my items being out of stock or on back-order. It's super annoying when you think you've snagged something cool, only to later find out it's not even in stock. Their customer service did get back to me fast when I reached out, but that doesn't change the fact that it was inconvenient. I think I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
