First wig purchase
The customer service at this company was amazing. They really went out of their way to help me pick out the perfect wig for my first purchase. They helped me choose the best style and made sure I understood how to take care of it. The hair quality was even better than I hoped for – super soft, easy to manage, and simple to style, curl, and put in. However, I was a little let down by the coloring because there was a noticeable line that I didn't expect. I had to style it in a certain way to hide it. Overall, I was happy with my purchase, but that one issue did bug me a bit.

My experience with the wigs from this company was amazing. The quality of the wigs is really great, they look so natural and beautiful. I love that they offer a wide range of hair colors, not just black. Putting on the wigs is easy and quick, which is so convenient. I just got the Kinky Curly Lace Front and let me tell you, it is freaking amazing! The hair is so soft, the color is gorgeous, and there's no weird smell. I've bought a wig from this place a few times and it's been okay. The wigs look good on the website, but then when you get them the colors can be a little off. It's kind of annoying, but not the end of the world. The customer service is slow to reply though, like super slow. And sometimes the wigs aren't the best quality. It's like, you get what you pay for, I guess. There are probably better places to get wigs, but it's not awful.

The wig arrived quickly. It didn't have a smell to it and they included a cute headband. The hair came packaged well and feels soft. with beautiful curls. This will be a perfect look that I can't wait to rock.
