4 Backdrops
Officially done purchasing from here. Last month I asked to return backdrops that I just received in the mail but never been opened but refused a return and offered a lousy 15% then the other day I accidentally paid in full on a $200 order accidentally when I normally do the 4 pay plan through paypal so I emailed them begging them to cancel the order asap three emails sent and even though we were having a conversation ???? they still continued my order for shipment and now wont cancel it even though I asked right after I accidentally made the order! Now I am struggling to pay my rent! Thanks Kate Backdrop! You could have heart and care about others esp during this horrible pandemic in which people are struggling. I know its yall buisness and you dont have to do anything but its called being good people because yall wouldn't have a buisness if it weren't for your loyal customers and I use to be one of those loyal customers. Taking my money elsewhere.
