Mixed feelings about Kathryn New York

I have had a few experiences with Kathryn New York, a company that sells fashion accessories. Overall, my experience with the company has been decent, but not without its issues.

Firstly, their website is easy to navigate and they have a good selection of products. However, I have found that the product photos and descriptions can be misleading. For example, I ordered a scarf that looked much larger in the photo than it actually was. Additionally, the colors of the products I received were not quite as vibrant as they appeared on the website.

Another issue I have encountered is with their shipping. I have had to wait longer than expected for my orders to arrive and customer service was not very helpful in resolving the issue.

Lastly, their prices are on the higher end, but this is to be expected for a luxury fashion brand.

All in all, I have mixed feelings about Kathryn New York. While I like their products, I have been disappointed with the inaccuracies in the product photos and descriptions and the shipping issues. But I would recommend the brand for those looking for luxury fashion products.
