Shoes endorsed by Taylor Swift
As a huge Taylor Swift fan, I totally fell in love with these shoes she's promoting at this store. Let me tell you, the design and quality of these kicks totally blew me away. I am beyond happy with my purchase. They are not only super comfy but also super stylish - just the perfect addition to my wardrobe. I have already gotten so many compliments on them and have told all my Swiftie friends about this store. Can't wait to buy more shoes from here in the future! 😍
Disappointing quality
I've been a faithful customer for years, I mean, since I was a kid, I've had over 20 pairs from this brand. But lately, I've noticed a big drop in the quality, structure, and comfort of their stuff. The insoles are just plain sad now, not giving me the support they used to. It really bums me out, but I don't think I'll be getting another pair of shoes from this brand.
Wide shoes that turned out to be narrow
I bought a pair of wide shoes here thinking they'd fit my feet great, but they ended up being too narrow. I really liked the design and they seemed fine when I tried them on at the store, but once I wore them at home, my bunion started hurting. Eventually, I even got a blister. It's a bummer that they weren't as wide as they said and caused me so much discomfort.
Women's white canvas sneakers
I recently bought a pair of white canvas sneakers from an online store, and man, it was a total letdown. The website promised to ship my order within 24 to 48 hours, but it ended up taking almost two weeks just to get them out of the warehouse. I reached out through email, and they said they'd ship it that day, but it actually took another week. On top of that, they changed the dispatch times on the website twice, even after I asked about it, which was super frustrating. It finally took nearly three weeks for the shoes to arrive, way later than I needed them. The lack of communication and care for customer satisfaction was a huge bummer, and I definitely won't be shopping from that store again.
Sneakers
I ordered some sneakers online but got a scarf instead. I contacted customer service and they said they'd refund me, but it never happened. Even after emailing a bunch more times, I never heard back. I reported the website to Google and the official brand site, but nothing changed - the site's still up and running. This whole thing has really bummed me out and got me super irritated.
Non-genuine shoes
Hey, just a heads up if you're thinking about buying from this website. I got burned by buying some counterfeit kicks and now I'm trying to cancel my order and get my money back. But man, the runaround I'm getting is unreal! It's been two freakin' months and I'm still waiting for my refund, despite bugging them over and over again.
White multi sequin shoes ordered
I just got these white sequin shoes for my wedding, but when the package arrived, I got pink sequin shoes that are way too big. My wedding is coming up, and I'm also a full-time student, so this mix-up has put me in a tough spot.
Shoes overcharged, misleading shipping information
I bought some shoes recently and it was a total letdown. The site said they were $50, but when I went to pay, they charged me $100. And on top of that, they said shipping was free but then didn't give me any choices for delivery. I tried to cancel my order right away, within 5 minutes actually, but it didn't work out. I'd steer clear of this seller - their service ain't dependable at all.
Stained shoes
I bought some shoes online and when they showed up, they had a big stain on them. I reached out to customer service and they told me to send them back for a refund, with them covering the return shipping. But after I sent them back, they only refunded me for the shoes, not the cost of shipping them back. When I called customer service to fix it, the person I talked to was not sorry and not very nice. It was a letdown all around.
Two pairs of shoes
I ordered two pairs of shoes from this place, and let me tell you, the waiting felt like forever! Finally got my order, but guess what? They sent me completely different shoes! Like, not even close to what I actually ordered. The material wasn't even the same. I contacted customer service and all they could offer was a tiny partial refund. Can you believe that? After all the trouble I went through, that's the best they can do? I'm so disappointed and shocked at how they handle their mistakes.
Small shoes, expensive return
I bought these shoes that looked so fly, but man, they were way too small! Had to return ‘em, and guess what? It cost me nearly eight bucks to ship them back. Can you believe that? That’s a lot of cash just for returning some kicks! I wish I knew that before I made the order. Now, I’m thinking twice about shopping from them again.
Defective shoe purchase
I bought some shoes online the other day and ended up with one that was way bigger than the other. I tried to get help from customer service, but they weren't very useful. They wouldn't even give me a prepaid label to send the shoes back, even though it was their mistake. It's frustrating to be let down like that by a company I usually count on.
Damaged box, expensive return
The box I got was totally wrecked, but the outside packaging looked totally fine. It was clear that the shoes got shipped in a beat-up box. And to top it off, the shoes were too small when I tried them on and then they made me pay $7.95 to ship them back for a return! Needless to say, I won't be buying from this site anymore.
Shoes ordered for Christmas present
I bought these shoes for a Christmas gift, but they didn't fit. I sent them back according to the return policy, with a signed delivery. But I still haven't gotten my money back. I've tried emailing them multiple times, but no response. It's been frustrating and disappointing. I wouldn't recommend buying from them, since the lack of communication and not getting a refund has left me broke and without a gift for my loved one.
