High quality shoes, stunning designs
I gotta tell ya, these shoes I got from this place are seriously top of the line. The designs are absolutely gorgeous. I haven't found any other brand that even compares to the ones I got here. Yeah, they might be a little pricey, but let me tell you, it's worth every penny for the quality you're getting. These shoes will last you for years if you take care of 'em right. Plus, the factory outlet in Pirmasens is awesome, and the folks working there are super nice and helpful.
Expensive shoes, unresponsive customer service
I'm never ordering from here again! They never answer customer questions and now they're trying to make me pay a $2 shipping fee! I think it's totally unacceptable, especially when you consider how much they charge for their shoes. They should be more customer-friendly about it.
Four pairs of shoes
I've had the same problem with four pairs of shoes from this brand in the last 2.5 years, and I'm really bummed about the quality and the money I've shelled out for each pair. Even though the shoes look nice at first, holes keep popping up in the heel area pretty quickly, which makes them unwearable. I reached out to the brand with some photos to prove it, but they claim not using a shoehorn might be the problem. I have a hard time buying that excuse. It's disappointing that they won't own up to the fact that their products are just not up to par.

Return process issue
I had a really frustrating experience trying to return some stuff at that store. They didn't give me a refund for two of the items I sent back, even though I know they got them. When I asked about it, they were super rude and not helpful at all. That's not cool, and I'm going to contact consumer protection agencies to help me out. I have proof that they got the package, so I know I'm right. But the store doesn't seem to want to own up to their mistake.
Sent used shoes
I bought something from this company and man, it was a total letdown. I ordered some shoes and when they showed up, they were obviously already worn. I made sure to write that on the return form, but I never got a response from their customer service. Then out of nowhere, they hit me up asking for a €2 shipping fee in 5 days. No talking, just that. This lack of communication and not caring about keeping customers happy has me feeling pretty annoyed and unhappy right now.
High-quality shoes, well-crafted
These shoes are amazing! The quality is so good and the craftsmanship is top-notch. They're super durable, and if anything goes wrong, fixing them is easy. I can't get over how much I love these shoes and I'm definitely gonna buy more in the future.
