Hair care products
When I ordered some hair care products from this company, I was expecting a smooth online shopping experience. But when I saw that my order was marked as delivered, I was surprised to see that nothing had actually shown up at my place. It was really frustrating since I really needed those products. So, I decided to reach out to customer service to ask about what was going on, and they responded quickly and looked into the issue. After a bit of back and forth, they figured out that there was a mistake with the delivery. I was so relieved when they sent me a replacement order right away, and this time, it made it to me without any problems. Even though there was a hiccup with the delivery, the products themselves were top-notch and met my expectations. In the end, even though there were some issues with ordering and delivery, the customer service team's fast fix and the quality of the products have left me happy with my purchase.
Haircare, price worth, noticeable difference
I've been using this haircare product for about a week, and let me tell you, it's totally worth it. The results are incredible - I can actually see and feel a difference in my hair already. It's feeling healthier, softer, and so much easier to manage. I'm seriously blown away by how well this product works. I'm definitely going to keep using it and suggest it to anyone in need of a solid haircare solution.
Blonde hair care products
I've been using the blonde hair care line from this company and let me tell you, it's done wonders for my hair. Even though I bleach it, my hair looks shiny, feels soft, and is stronger than ever. I'm honestly blown away by the results and I'll definitely keep on using their products.
Damaged goods
I just bought something online and when it arrived, the package was all messed up. I tried contacting customer service a bunch of times, but they never got back to me or tried to help. I had to get PayPal involved to get my money back because the company wouldn't own up to their mistake. Even when I sent them a video showing the damaged package, they still didn't care. Dealing with their lousy customer service was such a hassle.
Fake hair products
This company is such a scam! I bought something from them recently and when I got my order, I was totally shocked to see that what I received was fake. On top of that, they didn't even send me an email with an invoice, which just added to my frustration. After looking into it more, I realized I should have been more careful about trusting them. It's pretty obvious they're selling fake stuff and trying to make it seem real. The only good thing was the delivery by DPD - they were quick and on time. But honestly, overall, this company just disgusts me. I really recommend steering clear of them.
Shampoo
Man, let me tell you about this shampoo I bought. It was a complete disaster, no joke. My hair has never looked worse! It's dry, limp, frizzy, and always getting tangled. I was expecting some top-notch results, but all I got was a hot mess up there. Such a letdown! Might as well have thrown some acid on my hair.
Kerastase products
I gotta say, Kerastase products really came through for my hair. Their shampoo and oil worked wonders, and my hair's health has definitely improved since I started using them. But let me tell you, their online shop is a whole other story. I've been having all sorts of problems with it - from not being able to figure out how to get around the site to dealing with annoying login issues. And don't even get me started on how long it takes for them to process an order. It shouldn't take a whole week just to pack up a couple of bottles. It's frustrating, especially when I'm itching to get my hands on those products. In the end, while I'm a big fan of Kerastase stuff, their online shopping game needs some serious work.

The Chronologiste products gave me awful bumps on my scalp. I've been trying to get help from customer service for over 2 weeks, but they're not being very helpful. Those products aren't cheap, so all I want is my money back.

I am just so let down by this company, I can't even tell you. I got the Kerastase specifique bain prevention and Kerastase genesis serum and at first, I was thrilled with how my hair was looking. Seemed like I finally found the perfect product! But then when I ordered more and got a different batch, everything went downhill. My scalp started burning, my eyes were bothering me, and my hair was getting thinner instead of fuller and healthier like it was supposed to. So I looked into it more and found out that the first batch was made in France, and the second batch was made in Spain. Like seriously?? How can they sell different quality stuff in the same packaging and not even give us a heads up? It's not right, it's deceitful, and it's totally not cool.
Hair loss scalp treatment
This hair loss treatment for your scalp is just terrible! I was really hoping it would make my hair thicker, but it ended up making me lose even more hair. I reached out to customer service to try and get my money back, but all they gave me was a bunch of empty promises. I'm so bummed about wasting my money on this expensive product!
Hair products
The service wasn't great - it felt like they didn't even know what was going on in their own club. And the product they used in the shower was way too strong smelling, it almost knocked me out! And the worst part was, the smell just wouldn't go away. My hair straight up smelled like a factory for days. Plus, to make matters worse, it has sulfates in it that made my hair all frizzy and dry.
Online order with express shipping
I gotta tell ya about this online order I made recently. I paid extra for express shipping, thinkin' it would get to me by a certain date. But, nope. They didn't even ship it until that date, and then to top it off, they used regular postal service instead. When I tried to talk to customer service about it, the person was so rude and talked down to me like I was dumb. They wouldn't even give me my shipping fee back, just offered a lousy 20% off my next order, which felt like a slap in the face. They didn't take any responsibility and didn't care about my concerns at all. I'm not gonna buy anything else from them in the future. Just a bad experience all around.
Apple Pay online order
The online ordering process was pretty easy at first, but then I ran into a big problem with the shipping address. I tried reaching out to customer service for help multiple times, but they weren't very helpful and didn't take responsibility for the issue. Not being able to change my order once it was placed, along with the unhelpful shipping policies, really got me frustrated and disappointed with the whole experience.
Too many items for gift offer
I bought a ton of stuff just to score a free gift, but I never got it. I tried hitting up customer service three times, but they never got back to me. It's like they don't even care about their customers. Don't buy into their fake ads like I did. My order number is #KER_03353617.
