Slow customer support
The customer service at this store is so terrible. It takes forever for them to answer emails, or sometimes they don't even respond at all, especially when it's about your order or what you bought. It would be nice if they treated customers as well as they sell their nice clothes. It's really a letdown to have such a bad time when you're trying to buy something. And if you have a problem with what you bought, chances are they won't help you with that either. So watch out.
