Fast cross-border delivery
I was actually really surprised by how quickly my order showed up, especially since it had to come from another country. The stuff I got was top-notch quality, even better than I thought it would be. Unique items for daughter
I was so excited to find all these cool stuff for my daughter on this website! I've been looking everywhere for these things and I finally found them here for a good price. Christmas gift purchase
I recently bought a Christmas present for my daughter from this company. It took a little longer to get here than I thought, but luckily it arrived just in time for the holidays. I did have a bit of a scare though when I checked my account and saw a picture of the package supposedly delivered, but in the photo, all I saw was a dark background with no package in sight. I started freaking out, thinking I was scammed. I didn't waste any time and reached out to customer service right away. Thankfully, they got back to me quickly with tracking information from Royal Mail. The package ended up being delivered the very next day. Even though the delivery situation was confusing, I have to give a shoutout to the amazing customer service I got. The package came in perfect condition and the quality of the gift was even better than I expected. Overall, I'm super happy with my purchase and how the company helped me out.
Fischertechnik construction kit
I got a fischertechnik construction kit from this place, and honestly, I have some mixed feelings about it. The delivery was super quick, which was awesome, but when I opened the box, I noticed it was a little scratched up. Not a big deal since it was for me, but still a bit annoying. And then, to top it off, the manual inside was torn a tad. Seems like the vendor wasn't too careful with it. Despite these little issues, I have to say I'm pretty happy with my purchase. I was able to snag this amazing kit that was only available in certain stores, and I got it at a great price too.
Minnie Mouse Scooter purchase.
I got this Minnie Mouse Scooter from them and let me tell you, it was amazing! The company was great with communication from the get-go. My scooter arrived through royal mail and it was in perfect condition. The quality of the product was excellent, no complaints at all. It only took about 5 days from ordering to delivery. I was a bit hesitant at first about using this company, but now I totally trust them and would definitely purchase from them again. Thanks for the awesome scooter!
Clothing items for my kids
I just bought some clothes for my kids and I really liked the whole experience. The ordering process was super easy and smooth, and they had some really good payment options to choose from. The shipping cost was fair, but it did take a little longer to get to me because of where I live. I get that's not the company's fault, though. The clothes I got were exactly what the store said they would be, so I was happy about that.

Bobike GO Helmet in XXS for our one year old
We just got a Bobike GO Helmet in XXS for our one-year-old and we couldn't be happier. It fits really well and it's super easy to adjust so our little one stays safe and comfortable. We were so relieved to find the right size and color online, because these helmets are always sold out around here. The matte finish looks really nice and the color is just perfect. Imported item delivery
Although there were a few worries from reviews, I was pretty happy with how my imported item was delivered. It did come a little later than I was hoping for, about three days to be exact. But since it traveled a long distance to get to me, I didn't think it was that big of a deal. The delivery went smoothly and without any issues, so I was satisfied with the whole experience.
Birthday present mishap
I got this really awesome birthday present for my son from this website, but they totally messed up and sent me something completely different! It's like they didn't even bother to double-check before sending it out. My poor son was super disappointed because it took forever to get here and then it wasn't even the right thing. I reached out to customer service and they took forever to get back to me. They told me I had to send it back and then they'd send the correct item. Ugh, why can't they just send the right one now? I don't have time to go back and forth, all I want is for my son to have his birthday gift. I guess I'll have to find a different store next time, one that's more dependable.
Childrens clothes
I have now waited for 6 months for my order, and they won´t refund me. The customer service is telling me to be patient. Stay away.
She ra masters of the universe figure
Ordered a carded figure and it arrived with the card back rolled over the figure bubble leaving a HUGE crease across the entire card back that can’t be fixed. The value is now halved because of the poor packaging.

I ordered a child's security chair from Kidinn on Oct 24, order no. 19550483, estimated time for delivery was Oct 30- Nov 4. A month has passed and nothing, the tracking site didnt change since OCT 28 saying it is on transport to my country. Neither Post NL and my local post office have information about the parcel. Customer services keep hanging up my calls the moment i give my order number and over email i keep getting the same answer, its due to covid and i should wait more but during this time i got tons of other WW orders and didn't have any issues.
I can't take my kid anywhere without the chair and buying another one now is out of my ability. They dont agree to cancel my order even though it got lost and they don't have any idea where it is.
