Various Khiels products
I just bought a bunch of Khiels stuff and I gotta say, I'm super impressed. Normally, I grab my products at the airport 'cause I'm always on the go. There's this one dude, let's call him "Lev," who I always chat with - he's amazing. He knows his stuff, listens to what I need, and is super patient. It's like a total skin consultation every time we talk. I wish all Khiels employees were as awesome as him 'cause in some places, it feels like you're an annoyance just by walking in the door.
Nice products
Well,I am using skin care products like multi corrective creams and Ultra Facial cream for skin, not super but working that I can see since I am using.
But I would like to suggest friends to read products specifications, and possible issues before using any of skin products just not go with reviews.
Products are useful,no doubt.Two vouchers
I just bought something at this store using two vouchers. But, when I tried to check out online, the website wouldn't take my vouchers. I sent an email to Customer Service about it, but they didn't really help me out. Instead of fixing the problem, all they did was make excuses for taking forever (or never) to reply.
Online purchase skincare cream
So I ordered this skincare cream online, right? Supposed to arrive in 3-5 days or whatever. But guess what? It's been over a week and nada. Zero, zilch. So I call the customer service, and they tell me the same thing I already knew - my order hasn't even shipped yet. Like, seriously?! They tell me to wait 5 more days and call back. Um, for what? Useless. And get this, I can't even cancel my order. I have to reject the delivery and then wait for my money back. Great, as if they will handle that well. I swear, if this order ever shows up, I'm never buying from them again. What a joke!
Voucher redemption issue
I recently had a really frustrating experience trying to use a voucher with this company. Seems like I'm not the only one struggling with this, others are having trouble too. It feels like a trick to get us to use vouchers that we can't even use. I reached out to customer service for help but it's been over two months and still no solution. It's disappointing that a company this big isn't more responsive and accountable. It feels like they care more about money than making their customers happy. It's sad to see them not caring about the customer experience.
Password reset issue
I tried to reset my password multiple times, but I never received the email. Customer service wasn't helpful at all, they just kept telling me to check my spam folder. It's so frustrating!
Black Friday order
I ordered something on Black Friday but never got any updates on when it was coming. I sent a bunch of emails, but no one ever got back to me. When I finally called customer service, all they said was they'd check on it. Eventually, they just gave me a refund without even telling me first. I was so annoyed by the lack of communication. It's not cool to have Black Friday deals if you can't follow through and keep people updated.
Skincare products
Hey everyone, let me give it to you straight. If you don't want to deal with a major headache and waste your precious time, steer clear of this place. The customer service is a complete joke - they canceled my order and I was fed lies three times by some customer service rep from overseas who clearly had zero interest in actually helping me out. And don't even get me started on the shipping mess. I was told I'd get a refund and that my order was canceled, but lo and behold, the package still showed up at my doorstep. When I called to fix the situation, they had the audacity to say I needed to pay for return shipping. Can you believe that? It's just unbelievable.
Ordered online, tracking issue
I ordered some stuff online, but the tracking number isn't working and there haven't been any updates since Monday. I tried calling customer service, but they weren't very helpful. I feel like I got scammed out of $300!
Online purchase
I ordered something online and couldn't wait for it to arrive. The waiting time ended up being way too long - two whole months! Every time I asked about my order, they told me it was on the way. Then suddenly they said I wouldn't be getting it at all. How unprofessional can you get? It was a real pain, especially since it was a gift. This whole ordeal was a disaster, definitely the worst online shopping mess I've ever been through. No way I'm buying from them again.
Large refill of body cream and two additional items
I recently bought a big bottle of body cream and a couple of other items. I was pretty excited because my total was over $130, which meant I qualified for a free gift promotion. But when I tried to use my $3 in loyalty cash, it messed everything up. My total dropped, and the free gift disappeared from my cart without any warning. When I contacted customer service, the rep was no help at all. They kept saying my order didn't qualify for the promotion, even though I explained what happened. It was frustrating that they just couldn't understand. They wouldn't do anything to fix the problem. I was really disappointed with how they handled everything. Now I'm thinking twice about sticking with this company.
Bad customer service
Oh man, let me tell you, the customer service at this place is just awful. I left a negative review and someone got back to me trying to make things right, but now they're MIA. It's been 2 months and they still haven't sorted out my account. Missing out on all my points and rewards because their IT system is seriously lacking. Beyond aggravating!!
Skin care products
As a long-time fan of Kiehl's, I've always been blown away by how great their skincare stuff is. But, I gotta say, my recent run-in with their customer service was a major letdown. So I ordered some products, right, but ran into a snag with the delivery. When I reached out to Kiehl's for help, I was pretty surprised when they told me they couldn't do anything about the delivery service mess-up. It's frustrating, you know? The fact that they won't take responsibility and help out their customers is just not cool. And on top of that, the prices keep going up which makes it hard for me to keep supporting a brand that doesn't care about making their customers happy.
