Timely assistance
The team really went the extra mile to make sure my order got to me in time for my daughter's birthday. Even though I messed up the name, Alexis and her crew worked non-stop to fix the problem and talk to DHL to find the package. Alexis kept me in the loop every day and made sure I knew what was going on. I felt like they had my back the whole time. My daughter's birthday is coming up, and because of them, I'm so excited to see her reaction when she opens her present.
Floral Kimono Robe
The shipping was quick, but when I got the Floral Kimono Robe, I was pretty let down by the quality. The design and color were nice, but the stitching was kinda shoddy and made it feel cheap. I was hoping for better craftsmanship and more attention to detail, especially for the price. Overall, I was bummed out by the whole thing and probably won't buy from them again.
Beautiful robe without pockets or a hanging loop
I bought this robe thinking it was gonna be amazing, but it doesn't have any pockets or a hanging loop! I was so disappointed. Like, who makes a robe without pockets for snacks? And no hanging loop? How am I supposed to show off my robe collection without that? It's pretty and comfy, but seriously, they need to add those two things!

I'm totally obsessed with the Charmouse and silk kimonos I bought from this store. They are totally worth it! Not only do they look and feel super luxurious, but they also give any outfit a special flair. When I wear them, I feel confident and proud, and I always get compliments. I love buying your beautiful kimonos! They're always top-notch quality and super stunning. Everyone I've gifted one to has been super happy. The designs and fabrics are seriously a work of art. But as someone who keeps coming back for more, I'd really appreciate some discounts or special deals every now and then to show us returning customers some love.
Gift card purchase
The buying process was pretty easy. I used a gift card but didn't use it all up. It would've been nice to know how much was left on the card. Communication is important for keeping customers happy, especially with gift cards. But overall, I was able to buy what I wanted without any problems, so it was a good experience. Thanks.
Beautiful but delicate robes for special occasions
I have these super pretty robes that are adorable, but they're not really for everyday wear. They're so delicate that they rip so easily. I've already gone through two of them in just a year! I only wear it for, like, an hour in the morning.
Oversized wrap with pockets
Even though it came pretty fast, the size was all wrong for me when it comes to streetwear - too long and big. But I do like the pockets and I'm thinking of ways to style it up for special events.
