    Slippers for son's birthday gift

    I bought a pair of slippers online recently, but man, was I let down! The quality was terrible - after only 30 minutes of wearing them, the lining was already peeling inside the shoe. Totally not cool. So I reached out to customer service this morning to return them, and guess what? They told me I'd have to pay an $11 shipping fee to send them back, plus another fee to get new slippers for my kid. And to top it off, they were trying to push me to sign up for their credit card, which was way too pushy and unprofessional. Bottom line: bad product, bad service.

    Hat, gloves, and jacket

    I just bought some stuff from this company for my sister who likes old school catalogs better than using technology. She wanted two hats, a pair of gloves, and a jacket. But when the package came, they only sent the jacket. Even though the receipt had everything listed correctly, the workers messed up and it was really disappointing. It's obvious that the employees there need to pay more attention and improve their reading skills. This isn't okay, especially around the holidays when people want good service. I'm very unhappy with the products and the whole shopping experience.

    Clothing for tall and big individuals

    I was trying to find some clothes for my tall and big husband, but man, did I have a rough time with this company. The sizes were all messed up - I ordered some pajamas for my husband and they barely hit his mid-shin, even though he usually wears 2XLT. And let me tell you, dealing with their customer service was a nightmare. They kept sending the wrong stuff and then I had to pay to return it! And don't even get me started on the charges showing up every month on my credit card - it was a whole mess. I'm never shopping at this place or any of their other brands again - not worth the headache and the low-quality service.

    I bought a jacket for a funeral and paid extra for fast shipping. But it's been two weeks and still no jacket. I'm really stressed and frustrated because I needed it urgently.     T-shirt purchase for my disabled son.

    I have a disabled son who is really big and tall, and I ordered him five t-shirts from this clothing company. At first, everything seemed okay because I got a discount, but then it all went downhill. Two days after I placed the order and paid for it, I woke up to see they took another $98 from my account without any explanation or permission. Dealing with this company was already a nightmare two years ago when they charged me for a membership I didn't agree to. Their customer service reps are so rude and unhelpful, they curse, hang up on people, and make it super hard to talk to a manager. This whole thing has been a disaster, and I wouldn't recommend ordering from them to anyone.

    Oh my gosh, you guys won't believe what went down at this place! So I placed an order, right, and then out of nowhere they straight up cancelled it. How rude is that? But wait, it gets even worse...they didn't even bother giving me a refund! I had to deal with a bunch of customer service reps, and let me tell ya, none of them had a clue what was going on. It was super annoying! Dealing with language barriers and feeling like nobody knew how to help? Ugh, talk about frustrating. Seriously, where's my money at?! I am never going back there again, that's for sure.

    Order of swim trunks

    I ordered these awesome swim trunks from this company, and let me tell you, it was a total disaster! They came in the mail, and they were way too big, so I sent them back and got a refund. But then they charged my card again without asking me, like seriously, what the heck?! I had to call and argue with them to get my money back. Such a scam, so be careful!

    Incorrectly delivered order

    My order from King Size was a total mess. The package got sent to the wrong address by FedEx, and no matter how many times I tried to get in touch with customer service via email and phone, I got no help. They told me to file an affidavit for a refund, but then later said I needed to do another one. After lots of waiting and being given the runaround, they finally said it was too late for a refund. It seems like King Size is all about stalling and not owning up to their mistakes.
