Excellent products Obviously not suitable for non liquor customers Just one time shopped here In last January a 39 inch Wine and Weer combo fridge Look wise attractive and enough space for home usages To avoid any further new purchase or replacement extended warranty with a small price When I can pay around two thousand dollars what is harm paying some amount for safe side
Best provision is low consumption of power ,in long run it's proved very helpful and economical
Dozens of features ,extendable racks as requirement and adjustment of bottles and cans

We purchased a 39” beverage cooler for $1800. After 18 months started having trouble and reached out. The warranty expires at 1 year. They did offer a diagnostic sheet which we ran. We then paid for a repair person who said it wasn’t worth fixing and we should purchase another one. When I contacted Kingsbottle, they only offered a 25% discount on a new one, no other help. Way too much money for the quality. I had an inexpensive one in a previous home that was 15 years and going strong- this simply isn’t worth the spend for only lasting 2 years.
I have a two year warranty. The wine cooler/refrigerator stopped working before first year ownership. Contacted company, did everything they asked and two months later they’ve stopped replying to my calls and emails. Based on my investigation it is normal SOP for Kingsbottle not to honor any repairs under warranty. My research shows my experience is routine for Kingsbottle.
