    Rustic home decor purchase

    So, I was having some trouble with the website but decided to go to the Algonquin IL store to buy what I needed. When I got there, I found out they weren't doing curbside pickup, so I gave them a call for help. To my surprise, Donna picked up, even though it was an hour before they opened and a holiday. She helped me find the item I wanted, made sure it was in stock, and walked me through the safe pick-up process with everything going on. Donna was super professional and really went above and beyond to help me out. I just want to say a big thank you to her for the great customer service.

    Recent home decor purchase

    I recently bought some home decor stuff at this one home store. They had a lot of things to choose from and the stuff was pretty good quality overall. But I gotta say, the customer service at the store I went to was lacking. Every time I talked to this one employee, she seemed like she didn't care and wasn't really paying attention. Made my shopping trip not so great. Customer service should be a top priority for stores to keep people happy and coming back. Even though this experience wasn't great, I still like the stuff they sell and will probably go back in the future.

But I gotta say, I was really annoyed by all the fake emails saying I had a package from them that needed confirmation. It was definitely a scam and it just didn't sit right with me. They should really step up their email security game to avoid stuff like this happening again.

    I just bought some wall art for my new place from this store. Ordering was easy on their website. The pieces showed up in great shape and looked just like they did online.     Mirror purchase for store delivery

    I just bought a mirror off the internet for store pickup from this company. But guess what? When the mirror got here, it was way too big for my car, so I had to return it to the store. I thought I'd get my money back right away, or at least in a decent amount of time. But nope, still no refund, even after reaching out to customer service for help. I usually like shopping here, but this online purchase ordeal has really let me down and now I'm not sure if I want to buy anything from this company again.

    Broken items, missing pieces

    My order arrived all messed up. Some stuff was broken and there were pieces missing. Also, it's taking forever for everything to arrive. I can't even return it at the store! Customer service is taking forever to get back to me. The online description was totally wrong and the picture made it look much bigger than it actually is. Next time, I'd rather just go to the store in person!

    Area rug purchase

    I bought an area rug from this store not too long ago and let me tell you, it was a frustrating experience. I waited almost two weeks just for them to make a shipping label - not cool. The lack of communication and effort from them was just ridiculous. I had to call them myself before anything happened with my order. I've been a customer for a while now and I really expected better. Long story short, I won't be shopping here again.

    I had never even heard of this place before, and now they're sending me emails about deliveries to an address in a different country where I haven't lived in over 10 years! Sounds like some sneaky scam to me, so I wouldn't even bother opening their emails!

    I recently placed two orders with this company, and it's been 12 days but I still haven't gotten any shipping notification or updates. It's really frustrating not knowing what's going on with my orders. And to top it off, the customer service was not great. The reps didn't really seem to care about my issues, they just made excuses for the delays.

    I bought a curtain rod that ended up being messed up. When I contacted customer service, Darla's response wasn't helpful whatsoever. The email I got felt like a slap in the face rather than a real apology. It's frustrating that the return/exchange policy didn't help with my situation.

    Unexpected delivery notification

    I got this weird email and a pop-up on my calendar for a delivery that I didn't order from a store. It totally threw me off and made me worried, so I went on Trustpilot and YouTube to figure it out. I tried the solutions on YouTube, but no luck. I got suspicious and ended up blocking the sender's email, thinking it was a phishing scam. The only way I could get rid of the calendar entry was to delete the email, since there was no other option to remove it. Even though I didn't click on any links, the pop-up still showed up on my calendar. At least now I know how to deal with this kind of situation in the future.

    I stopped by recently and unfortunately, I wasn't too happy with the customer service I got. Even though I bought a bunch of home decor stuff, the person helping me, who I think was a manager, seemed like they didn't really care. It's pretty disappointing to spend a lot of money and not get the good service you deserve. They didn't seem interested in helping me and were kinda rude the whole time. Good customer service is super important when you're shopping, and this place just didn't meet my expectations.

    I bought a dishwasher from this store not long ago, and to be honest, I'm really bummed out about it. It crapped out on me pretty quickly, after only about five months.     Online Order Delay

    I'm pretty bummed about my recent online order. I placed it, but then saw that it's been taking forever to ship. The shipping label was printed three days after I ordered, and now it's been a whole month and my order is still stuck at the shipping location. This is just not cool, especially for an online store.
