    A 36 inches ventilation system costed me thousand dollars plus My previous one of around four hundred dollars installed seven years back Some of the features and make it durable for long lasting Hope I can relax for next two decades minimum

    Replacement dough hook

    I recently had to get in touch with customer service because I needed a new dough hook for my mixer. I was actually really happy with how fast and professional they took care of everything. Natasha from the head office was super helpful and didn't waste any time sending me a replacement hook. She said it was the first time she saw this problem, but she dealt with it really nicely. I'm seriously impressed with the way this company treated me and now I'm a super satisfied customer.

    I just bought a dishwasher online from your company. Right after I made the purchase, I saw that the price had gone down for President's Day. I contacted customer service to see if I could get a price adjustment, but they said it was too late since the order had already been shipped.

    I bought a stand mixer from this company and boy, was I let down. The website descriptions were totally off, the customer service was awful, and they just didn't seem professional at all.     Expensive refrigerator

    My refrigerator is such a pain! It keeps acting up on me. First, it was all about the ice, now it's the whole compressor that needs fixing. Can you believe it's only been 5 years since I bought it? And the issues started right from the first year. Now I gotta wait for a backordered compressor, seems like everyone's fridges are giving up lately. The quality is so disappointing, and don't even get me started on the customer service. Definitely think twice before getting one for yourself!

    Microwave control board not working

    I bought a microwave from this brand last year and now the control board is messed up. I can't even read the time on it anymore! So I went online to try and find a replacement control board, but no luck. Like, seriously? How can you sell a product and not have parts available for it? I have some other stuff from this brand that I like, but this just really ticked me off.

    Brand new flat beater

    I bought this new flat beater on the website back in December, but man, it has been nothing but trouble. Every time I use it, it ends up chipping and messing up my baked goods. I mean, seriously? For the price I paid, this thing should be more durable! So, I called customer service to see about getting a replacement, but they wanted to charge me almost 20 bucks for another one. Can you believe that?

    Induction cooktop model KICU509XSS with extended warranty

    I bought an induction cooktop not long ago, also got the extended warranty. But now, just over two years later, two of the burners totally crapped out on me. I was bummed when I found out they didn't have the parts to fix it, and I only got back some of the money I paid for the cooktop. I don't even use it that much, but I still ended up losing 600 bucks, not counting what I spent on installation. It's so annoying to have to deal with buying a whole new cooktop so soon after the first one went bust, especially with all the added expenses.

    Stand mixer with paint falling apart

    Even though the mixer has been running smoothly for a good two years, the paint on one of the parts is starting to chip off and now it's unusable. I've tried reaching out to customer service but they've either been really slow or completely unresponsive in helping me with this problem. I'm hoping to get a refund for this faulty component, especially considering the mixer itself cost 600 euros.

    Cordless hand-mixer

    I am super bummed about the cordless hand-mixer I bought. It was brand new but the batteries wouldn't charge from the get-go. When I called customer service, they said it was out of warranty and the repair cost was the same as a new one. All they offered was a lousy 10% discount and said they'd send an email, which I never got. And to top it off, I found the same item 17% cheaper somewhere else. This whole ordeal has left me feeling really upset and like I got totally ripped off.

    Kettle and toaster purchase

    I bought a kettle and toaster from this brand thinking they would be top-notch, but I was let down big time. The coating on the kettle started coming off not long after I got it. Even though they supposedly have a 3-year warranty, they told me it was just cosmetic and wouldn't be fixed. I was expecting better from a brand that claims to be all about quality.

    Faulty Stand Mixer Attachment

    My last mixer attachment was a complete bust, it was leaking grease all over the place. So, I had to bite the bullet and get a new one. But now I'm kinda bummed out because this new attachment doesn't have that spring to keep it in place on the shaft. I'm starting to doubt if it's gonna be stable enough.

    Combination wall oven microwave inverter failure

    The microwave inverter on my combo wall oven, which is less than 4 years old, crapped out on me recently. I tried getting some help from the company, but Kitchenaid and their repair guys don't seem to know when they'll have the replacement part ready. It's been nearly three months now, and I'm still in the dark about when this mess will be fixed. The lack of updates and slow response to this issue is driving me crazy. It's a major letdown for someone who's been a loyal customer like yours truly.

    Artisan mixer spare parts not available in UK

    It's just crazy to me that a company would charge so much for a product like the Artisan mixer and not even have spare parts you can buy in the UK. I shelled out £500 for this thing thinking I could easily replace any parts that broke, but when I asked about it, I was told that KitchenAid doesn't sell spare parts in the UK. It took me a frustrating two months just to get that info from them, and now I can't even use my expensive mixer. It's ridiculous how they don't seem to care about their customers at all.
