What a concept,great vision,big mission to educate ,makes kids creative ,no products can be better then these products.I came to know about KiwiCo from my kids school .But what is problem if I provide such creative and innovative toys at home. As per their (kids) interest they choose Atlas Line and Kiwi Crate .What a feeling and matter of great pleasure kids are in playing time but actually they are not playing .Well time updates, guidance and topic booster making them confident.Now facilities at home and school both..So as a happy parents,we thankful to Kiwi.

I've been using the subscription box service for a few years now, and I gotta say, their customer service is top-notch. A couple of times, I ran into problems like missing parts or getting double crates, but every time I reached out, they were super quick to fix things up. One time, when something was missing, they sent a replacement right away without any hassle. And when I had a billing hiccup, they sorted it out no problem. Plus, they even gave us some credit for the extra crates we got. The customer service team is always responsive and friendly, which is why I'm sticking with this service.
Craft kit subscription
I just signed up for a craft kit subscription and I was so pumped to start getting my monthly creativity fix. But then, when I was about to check out, they said I'd get a discount if I gave them my email for promo emails. But, when I looked at my order, no discount was applied! So, I got kind of annoyed and decided to contact customer service to explain what happened. To my surprise, they got back to me super fast and gave me a credit to make up for the missing discount. Even though it was a bummer at first, I was really impressed with how quick and on top of things the customer service team was.
Purchased gift subscription
I just bought a gift subscription for my grandkids and let me tell you, I am so impressed with the customer service from this company. I was worried about my granddaughter getting the same crates if she had more than one subscription, but the customer service rep quickly took care of all my concerns. It was nice to hear about all the steps the company takes to prevent that from happening. My grandkids really enjoy the Kiwi crates they get - they think they're fun, cool, and come with everything they need. I can definitely say that getting these crates as a gift for kids is always a great idea.
Amazing products!
Oh man, I was really disappointed when my first packages didn't show up, but the customer service team totally came through! They were super nice and helpful, and now I finally got my crates and they are AMAZING! My favorite one is definitely the robots, they're so cool!
First-time purchase, damaged box
Being a newbie to this service, I gotta admit I was bummed to see my box all beat up when it arrived. But hey, shoutout to the quick and efficient customer service team! I snapped a pic and shot them a quick email about the issue, and within a day, they had it all sorted out. No waiting on hold or dealing with any extra hassle. I gotta give props to the company for stepping up and taking care of the problem, even though it wasn't entirely their fault. Overall, I'd give my experience a solid thumbs up and would definitely think about using this service again down the road. Thanks!
Craft kit subscription
I had a problem with my craft kit subscription recently. The box I was supposed to get was sent to the wrong address. I contacted customer service for help, and they were so nice and fast at fixing the issue. They sent me a new box right away and even set up my old and new subscriptions together to avoid any more mistakes. I was really impressed by their kindness and how professional they were, especially during such a busy time of year. Plus, they told me I could keep or donate the extra box, which was a nice surprise. Overall, I had a really great experience with their customer service!

Can we just pause for a sec and give a shoutout to some top-notch customer service? So I had this little hiccup with my order, but let me tell ya, the folks at this company were simply amazing. Before I knew it, my shipping address was fixed and I got the green light that everything was good to go. STEM project kits
I've been getting STEM project kits for my kids for a while now, and they really have a blast with all the fun stuff inside. The projects are super interesting and teach them a lot, giving them a hands-on way to learn that they totally dig. But, there was this one time when something in the kit was broken when it arrived. No worries though, because the customer service team was on it right away. They shot me an email quick and sent a replacement so my daughter could finish the project. Their quick response and eagerness to fix things up really made me happy.
Duplicate order issue
I had a little issue with my order where I accidentally ordered two of the same item. Even though I canceled one of them and got refunded right away, somehow both still got processed and I ended up with two. I contacted customer service to fix it and they did a great job. They confirmed that I got my money back for the extra item and gave me the option to keep it or donate it. I was really happy with how quickly and efficiently they sorted everything out. The customer service team was professional and I was impressed with how smoothly they handled the situation.
6-month subscription
I just bought a 6-month subscription for my nephew and niece, but I screwed up the delivery address. Instead of sending it to my nephew, who lives a couple provinces away, it got delivered to my house. I was stressing out about how to fix it, but when I reached out to customer service, they were so helpful. They got back to me right away and fixed the address for future shipments. And on top of that, they sent a replacement package to my nephew. I was really thankful for their awesome customer service.

The customer service rep, Arantxa, was super helpful. She really took the time to look into my questions and gave me all the info I needed. I felt like she really listened and had my back. You can tell this company puts a lot of stock in its customers and their needs.
Activity kit for my niece
I recently got this activity kit for my niece as a present and had it sent straight to her place. But there was a mix-up with the address I gave, and the package got sent back. So, I reached out to customer service to explain what happened, and they were super helpful and quick to respond. They got right on it and sent out the kit again to the right address.
Mystery crate purchase
I bought this mystery crate not too long ago, and by some crazy luck ended up getting two of the exact same crates. But the folks in customer service took care of it right away. They promised to send me a brand new one right quick. It's nice to know that if something funky happens with my order, I can talk to an actual human who will make sure everything is fixed up.
STEM subscription box for children
I've been getting the STEM subscription box for my kids for about three years and I have to say, it's been totally worth it. The activities are super well-thought-out and perfect for their age, keeping them busy and learning at the same time. The toys are really well-made and once they are put together, my kids can't get enough of playing with them. Even though they might only play with them for a bit, the skills and independent learning they get from these projects are priceless.
Six-month renewal price inquiry
I just asked about how much it would be to renew my subscription for six months, shipping included. Whoever got back to me was super nice and gave me all the info I needed. Seeing the costs broken down, taxes and all, was really helpful and stopped me from cancelling because I wasn't sure how much it would all add up to. A little tip - making the renewal costs easy to find on the account page would be a good idea. By the way, my kid really loves those Tinker Crates, and I'm grateful for the awesome customer service.
