Even though my issue wasn't completely fixed, I was really impressed with the service, knowledge, and communication from the team. They really tried hard to help me out and offered to sell me a new system at a discount, even though I couldn't afford it right now. I felt like they really cared about me as a customer throughout the whole process. Huge thanks to Ivan, Zach (the manager), and all the other reps I talked to. F-300 speakers
I just bought some speakers from this company and ran into a problem with one of the tweeters not working right. I contacted customer service through email and sent them a recording of the issue. Bradley got back to me quickly and asked for more info to help with the warranty claim. Once I gave all the details, Bradley passed it on to the warranty department, who arranged to send me a replacement tweeter. It all happened in just one day, which was really impressive and fast. The customer service from this company went above and beyond what I expected.
Recent speaker purchase

THX Certified Computer Speakers
I just got these awesome THX certified computer speakers and let me tell you, they sound incredible! ProMedia 2.1 THX computer speakers
My ProMedia 2.1 THX computer speakers started acting up with the right channel, especially the control pod. I reached out to customer support to get it fixed under warranty, but turns out I couldn't since I bought it from an unauthorized seller. Even so, the rep still hooked me up with a replacement control pod that did the trick. Props to them for going the extra mile to help customers out.
