Mixed feelings about Kono's customer service
I recently had the opportunity to try out the products and services offered by Kono. Overall, my experience was decent. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was straightforward. The products themselves were of decent quality, though nothing particularly stood out to me as exceptional.
One thing I did appreciate was the wide variety of products offered by Kono. They have a good selection of items to choose from, which made it easy to find something that fit my needs. The prices were also reasonable, though not necessarily the cheapest option out there.
I did have a small issue with my order, but customer service was able to quickly resolve it. They were friendly and helpful, so that was a plus.
All in all, I would say that Kono is a solid choice for anyone in need of the products they offer. However, I wouldn't go out of my way to recommend them to others or rave about my experience. It was just a decent one.QMK programmable keyboard
So, I got this awesome keyboard that I wanted to program myself, you know? But oh my goodness, the support team was totally clueless! They couldn't even help me with the basic stuff, and they kept giving me the wrong info. It was super frustrating to deal with them for over 2 months! And don't even get me started on the outdated files and guides they had on their site. Like, come on! And when I asked them about it, they just sent me some updates that didn't even fix anything. Ugh, so unprofessional!
