Necklace purchase
I gotta tell you, I was really impressed with the necklace I bought recently. The quality was top-notch and you can't beat the price compared to other places selling similar stuff for way more money. The deals they have are really amazing and my whole shopping experience was easy and quick.

Shipping takes a while, but worth the wait. Waiting times are common for these jewelry services. Box clasp and plating appear better than most for the money. Impressive box for gifting.
Misleading buy one get one free offer
In my recent experience with the company, I gotta say, I was pretty bummed out. You see, they had this deal advertised as buy one get one free on certain items on their website. So, naturally, I thought I hit the jackpot. But when I got to the checkout, I was shocked to see that I was being charged for both items. I gave the customer service a call to try to resolve it, and they told me that the items I picked weren't included in the promotion, even though it clearly said so. It was a pretty sketchy move on their part, and honestly, it left me feeling pretty frustrated and let down. I've never had any issues with their products before, so it's disheartening to see them stoop to those kinds of deceptive tactics just to make a quick buck.
Fake gold chain
I bought this fake gold chain and they sent me this super cheap plastic one instead. So, I sent it back but I still haven't gotten my money back. Their customer service is seriously the worst, they don't even reply to my emails. I would definitely steer clear of this company, it's not worth the trouble.
Gold chain purchase
Even though they had a tempting 2 for 1 deal, dealing with this company left me feeling really let down. The customer service was terrible - they barely communicated with me when I had issues with the chain I bought. At first, they seemed like they would help me return it, but as soon as I did, they stopped talking to me altogether and ignored my emails. It really feels like I got cheated by them since the products weren't as good as they claimed. I wouldn't recommend shopping here at all, the company and their staff are just plain awful.
Chain link bracelet
I bought a chain link bracelet from this place and let me tell you, I was so let down! I thought it was going to be awesome, but when it showed up, it was totally plastic and not what I had in mind at all. It felt like they were trying to trick me, and that's not cool. Just a heads up, be cautious if you're considering purchasing from here!
Replacement for broken chain
I ordered a chain that came broken, and when I contacted customer service for a replacement, they took 4 days to get back to me, just to say I have to wait another 15 days for a fix. This company is such a rip-off, their customer service is the worst.
