    Jeans, tops, and linen pants

    I really like the stuff I got from this company, especially the jeans, tops, and linen pants. The prices are pretty good and the styles are cool and easy to mix and match. I've bought things from their website and also from Nordstrom, and everything has been good quality. I like that Kut from the Kloth has clothes for all different kinds of women - different shapes, sizes, and colors. They have some good deals and discounts sometimes, which makes shopping even better. But I have to say, their customer service could be better. There were times when I felt like they didn't really listen to my concerns. I hope they take feedback from customers seriously and improve their customer service.

    I had a really bad experience with a missing return and terrible customer service. I sent back my package, but it got lost somewhere along the way. UPS told me to talk to the company to fix the problem. I tried emailing them and even left a message on the phone, but I haven't heard anything back. It's super frustrating to not get any response, and now I'm out of money with no solution in sight.

    I had a not-so-great experience with KUT from the Kloth. I bought some jeans and jean shorts from their website on Black Friday. The jeans were okay, nothing special, and the sizing was off - I recommend sizing down. But the real bummer was when I tried to return something that didn't fit. Turns out, I had to return it before Christmas, not a rule I knew about upfront. When I tried to talk to customer service, I got no response after three emails. That lack of communication and flexibility really turned me off, so I won't be shopping at KUT again. I believe in supporting businesses that treat me right, and this situation showed me there are better options out there.

    Online order disappointment

    I'm beyond frustrated with this online order. It's been a complete nightmare. My delivery date came and went, and UPS lost my package. The redelivery date also passed with no sign of my order, despite my many attempts to contact the company and UPS. It's been weeks since I placed the order, and I have nothing to show for it except a lighter wallet. The lack of communication and resolution from the company is unacceptable. I expect better from a high-end brand. I've been given the runaround with no end in sight. It's just ridiculous.
