As a guy who's into tactical gear, let me just say that the service at this store was top-notch. The staff really knew their stuff and helped me find exactly what I needed. I just bought some tactical gear from this website, and I gotta say I was kinda disappointed with how they handled tracking and updates for my order. I had to reach out to customer service to get any info, and even then, it was a little too late. I never had this problem with my other orders, so now I'm not sure if I want to buy from them again. However, I have suggested this website to my friends before because their products are super durable and they have awesome deals on clearance items.
Level 3 to Level 4 plates upgrade
I messed up on my order at first by picking level 3 plates instead of level 4 plates for my vest. But when I reached out to customer service to fix my mistake, they were super quick to help me out and didn't give me any trouble. Rattle Battle pants
Let me tell you, LAPG is amazing. I bought some Rattle Battle pants from them a few years back that fit me perfectly, but since I've lost weight I needed a smaller size. The new pairs I ordered were a little too snug, but LAPG handled the return process really well. Their customer service is excellent and they made the whole thing easy. It's rare to find an online store that truly cares about their customers, but LAPG definitely stands out.
LapG operator pants
I found these really awesome pants at a store that I wear all the time because they are so comfy and look amazing! But here's the thing, the zippers on two pairs out of the ten I bought are plastic and they broke. Now I have to find a seamstress to fix them without spending a ton of money. Ugh, the struggle is real!
Boxer underwear
I had a great time shopping at the store. I found exactly what I was looking for at a really good price. The boxer underwear I got fit me just right and I really liked the military logos on them. It was a fantastic experience overall.
Clothing item return
I just had to return this piece of clothing I got from here and let me tell you, it was a total bummer. The price they charged for the return wasn't worth the gamble of not being able to try things on in person. Dealing with the whole return process was such a pain, I think I'll be avoiding buying clothes from here in the future. And to top it off, the shipping took forever, making the whole situation even more frustrating.
