    Very colorful store best for every day needs.
    Products are excellent and very much affordable for all grade of customers.
    Mega offers season is on .One regular visitor suggested me to check offers.Really great offers I don't know about other days but huge useful products in 'sale'.Focused on this area and picked towels,bed sheets, pillow covers, napkins . Unfortunately only these items in big quantity are in sale .I waited till delivery as this was my first purchase from this store ,so I can't breath until not delivered and recheck my own selections.
    But thank God products are really great by quality and finishing.Now I can add this Web site in my preferred site for coming days.

    La Redoute is my favorite place to shop for cute clothes and furniture! They have the best organic baby clothes and French-style wardrobe staples. The quality is amazing, even though the prices can be a little high. But don't worry, they have awesome sales where you can find some really nice stuff for a good price. I've been shopping here for 2 years now and I've never had any issues with my orders. And if you ever need customer service, they are super helpful and nice. La Redoute is a company you can really trust!

    School boots for daughter

    I saw some bad reviews, but decided to get my daughter some school boots anyway. After I ordered them, I got a little scared when I read more negative stuff about the company. But, surprisingly, the boots showed up after just a week. They kept me updated the whole time, which helped calm my nerves. The boots were even better than I hoped for, and my daughter is thrilled with them. I'm thankful for how smooth everything turned out, especially since I was worried from the beginning because of those bad reviews.

    Clothes for school

    Yeah, so I was a little nervous about ordering because of some negative reviews, but I ended up calling and chatting with this awesome lady named Julia. The call was a bit fuzzy at first, but Julia was cool and called me back so we could chat more clearly. I shared my concerns about my order with her, and she was really honest and kind. Talking to her made me feel a lot more at ease, and now I can't wait for my clothes to arrive!

    Man, I ordered this really cool thing and they totally messed up my order. Can you believe it? They had the nerve to tell me I had to send back the wrong item before they would send me the right one! Like, seriously? I had to deal with the whole post office situation and all that nonsense. And on top of that, they wanted me to reorder the correct item from their website. No way! It was such a struggle just to get them to realize their mistake. Their customer service is a complete joke. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

    Dress and shoes

    I got this really cute dress and a pair of shoes from this store, you know? I was so pumped to wear them to my friend's birthday bash. But then, after I paid for it all, closed my account, BAM! I started getting all these calls and emails saying I still owed money, even though I already paid in full! Seriously, what's up with that? It's driving me crazy! And now I can't even log into my account to check. Ugh, this is so frustrating!

    Overpriced sofa

    I got this couch back in 2022 for a grand thinking it was a good deal, but man was I wrong. Just two years later and it's already starting to sag like crazy. The springs are even coming through the seat, making it impossible to even sit on. The whole thing is a total nightmare and a total scam. Don't even bother with their customer service, it's nowhere to be found. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this mess, because all you're gonna do is throw your money down the drain.

    Poor quality linen curtains

    I bought these linen curtains back in January of this year and man, let me tell you, I was so let down by the quality. I shelled out 380 euros for them while they were on sale, only to have them fade away to nothing after just a few months of hanging up. I tried to talk to customer service about it, but all I got was some dismissive response saying the curtains were out of warranty and hinting that I messed up on the wash. Like, what? I have a fancy Miele washer and I followed all the care instructions to a T. This whole situation is completely ridiculous.

    I had the worst experience with customer service at this company. They're a bunch of liars and thieves! The customer service team totally mishandled my case, saying they had no info on my lost return that Relais Colis confirmed. I dropped over 1000 bucks on my order, and now they won't refund me without a good reason. It's just not right how they're treating customers like this.

    Coffee machine purchase

    I bought a coffee machine on March 1st, but it didn't meet my expectations, so I returned it the next day. I've been waiting for over 2 weeks now to get my money back. I called them twice, and they said they manually processed the refund, but it won't come until March 26th or 27th. Waiting almost a month for my money is just not right. If I hadn't called them, who knows how much longer it would've taken...

    Refund for order not received, damaged furniture

    After waiting for months, I still haven't gotten my refund for the order I only got part of and had damaged furniture. I don't know if it's some shady scheme or just pure incompetence. I might have to take legal action since they aren't responding. I found the company info in case I need to sue them.

    Poor product visibility

    I gotta say, I'm really disappointed with the lack of transparency on this website. The photos are such bad quality that I can't even think about buying anything. How am I supposed to know what I'm getting if all I can see are these blurry, pixelated images? And forget about zooming in for a closer look - you still can't see anything. I'm the type of person who needs to touch and see a product in person before I purchase it, so this is a major issue for me. It's like, come on - for a company this big and well-known, they should have high-quality photos on their website. But nope, not here. And to make matters worse, they're missing important product details in the descriptions. Like, seriously, how hard is it to include info about the inside of a coat or where the products are made? It's a total mess. So unfortunately, they won't be getting my business.

    I am never buying from this company again. Their customer service sucks, the return process is a nightmare, and it took forever to get my problem fixed. I ordered this big thing and it came in crappy shape. Trying to return it was a total pain, they made it so hard. They only reached out to me after I left a bad review, and even then it took them forever to pick it up. And now, months later, I still haven't got my money back. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this company unless you're 100% sure you won't need to return anything, because their customer service is a joke.

    My first online order

    I ordered some clothes online for the first time ever, but it never showed up. I used all my allowance money on it, but it's been 3 months and I still haven't gotten my package. I tried reaching out for help, but nobody responded. I'm feeling really frustrated and upset about it.
