    What happened with me ,I am facing (now well improved) skin issue and tried different types of ointments,oils and even medicines.Of course medicines advised by the expert.But result were not exactly I should appreciate.
    One product Rosaliac AR intense visible redness serum worked and this was surprising element for me,as more then dozens of ointment and creams i had tried before but this serum effect started soon after few days ..so i am thankful to this store from heart .Almost 80% red skin issues removed and this is third bottle in last three months.

    Cica Blast Moisturizer

    This moisturizer is amazing! It's so light and not greasy at all, and it makes my skin feel super soft and hydrated. My skin is pretty sensitive, but this stuff didn't bother it one bit. Definitely one of the best moisturizers I've ever tried. On the flip side, that vitamin C product was a letdown. Didn't see any real changes and it actually made me and my friends break out. Total waste of money, wouldn't suggest it to anyone.

    I've been using this product for years and have always been a loyal customer, but lately, I've noticed a drop in quality. They went and changed the formula and the packaging, and now it's just not the same great moisturizer that it used to be. It feels like I'm putting water on my skin now, it's not giving me the hydration I need. I have to keep putting it on multiple times during the day just to keep my skin from drying out. I'm bummed out about it, but I won't be buying this product anymore because of these changes.

    Misleading Black Friday Promotions

    I recently bought something on Black Friday with a great deal, but it turned out to be a big disappointment. I got an email about a 30% discount and 2 free products if I used a certain code at checkout. When I tried to use the code, I could only get the discount and couldn't pick the free products. Customer service told me they ran out of the free products when I ordered, but that was not clear in the email. That's not right and it's misleading to customers. I should get what was promised if I followed all the steps. Also, they said I could return the products if I wasn't happy, but I have to pay for the return shipping, which is not fair. The customer service responses were all over the place and I got different answers about the return policy. This whole thing has made me feel tricked and disrespected as a customer.

    I tried to buy some skincare stuff online the other day, but man, it was a real headache. The site had this awesome 20% discount that made me wanna go for it. So, I punched in my payment details and next thing I know, I see a bunch of charges popping up on my credit card, even though my order never went through. And then, on top of that, the site wouldn't let me enter my shipping address. It was just one problem after another. Total mess.

    So, I gotta tell you about my experience ordering skincare stuff from their official site - it was a nightmare, plain and simple. First off, you can't even cancel your order right after you place it, they make you jump through hoops to send it back first. And don't even get me started on their Order Tracking system - it's like it doesn't even exist! You're left in the dark for months not knowing where your stuff is. They don't seem to care about making the shopping experience better for their customers at all. And then, they try to sneak in signing up for an account for free shipping after you've already ordered - shady move if you ask me. And get this, I did some digging and saw that their sites in other countries have just as many bad reviews. It speaks volumes about how they do business. Their products might be good, but I say steer clear of their official site and go with a third-party seller for a better time.

    I recently bought some skincare products I needed, but ran into a problem with the order. When I saw that the shipping address was wrong while the billing address was right, I reached out to customer service right away. Dealing with them was frustrating because they were not helpful at all. They wouldn't let me change the shipping address or cancel the order, which was really disappointing. I had hoped for better service and for them to offer solutions or at least be willing to help fix the mistake. But instead, they didn't seem to care about my situation. It was really disheartening to not receive any empathy from them. As a customer, I think it's important for a company to show compassion and respond promptly when a customer has a concern, especially if it could affect the delivery of their purchase. In my experience working for an e-commerce company, I've seen how taking a proactive and customer-focused approach to these issues can lead to positive outcomes. I strongly believe that a more customer-friendly approach to customer service can greatly improve shopper satisfaction.
