    First purchase great deal.

    Just to give a comfort while reading books ,witting a note,near a room window can be improved by conditions .I do not have that much budget for redesigning my house.
    Better my one wish can be focused and feeling get stronger and stronger when I saw relaxing recliner on La-Z-Boy. Doesn't mean I have not seen such products before but just look and comfort attracted .Decided to get it as also some discount is available being first try on this shop
    Hence after 6 days I received well packed,with all safety majors for intact delivery.
    Reed wall recliner as brand name in brownish light color with ultra plush padding
    ,One piece chaise sheet flared arms and back.Also providing virtual view facility to check look and position in room just to download one app. Everything is quite perfect.Great one.

    Uncomfortable recliner

    I just got this recliner from the store and man, I am so bummed about it. At first, it seemed alright to sit in, but after using it for about a month, my back was killing me. The thing just doesn't give enough support for my back and lower spine, so it's been super uncomfortable. Plus, the padding on the chair is so flimsy, it honestly feels like I'm sitting on a bunch of rocks.

    I swapped out my recliner because it was giving me some trouble, but the service I got from Chris and Mike at the Dale Mabry store in Tampa FL was top-notch. They hooked me up with the perfect recliner after we tested out a few different ones. I've been here before and I'll definitely be back again. Their customer service is really something else.

    Two electric recliner sofas

    I recently had these two new electric recliner sofas delivered on January 31st, and man, they were not cheap - cost me over $5,500! But here's the thing, the back of one of them just won't stay down and it's so annoying. Like, seriously, what's up with that? Has anyone else run into this issue? I just wanted some cozy sofas to kick back on, not ones that make my back hurt. Ugh, frustrating.

    Alright, check this out - I gotta tell you about this chair we got at the store. My grandma got it last year and it's already falling apart! She can't even sit in it now. We tried getting it fixed but had no luck. The store refused to help and customer service was no help either. They just sent us a part and expected my grandma to fix it herself. Like she knows how to do that! So annoying!

    Defective furniture, delayed delivery

    I bought some furniture back in July and had to wait until October to get it because there was something wrong with the love seat. When it finally arrived, nobody told me that it was still busted. It wasn't until 7 months later that they sent me a part for it. When I called to complain, they tried to say that I knew it was messed up when it got delivered, but that's just not true. I paid the whole price for that furniture and it really stinks to get something faulty without even knowing. I wouldn't suggest buying anything from that store.

    Recliner set purchase

    We had a really good time in the store! The folks working there were super nice and showed us a bunch of recliner sets to pick from, plus helped us choose a fabric that matched. However, we got kinda bummed because the delivery took a lot longer than expected. At first, they said it would only be 4-6 weeks, but it ended up being over 3 months without anyone letting us know ahead of time. When we finally reached out, they gave us a new delivery date that they missed too. We were pretty disappointed by the lack of follow-up and communication, and it made us wish we hadn't bought from that store.

    Double power recliner purchase

    Man, buying that double power recliner for over $3,000 was such a letdown. It took a crazy long 8 months for it to finally get delivered, and now, after just 22 months, the fabric is falling apart. Like, it's all pilled up and there's even a spot where it's completely worn through. And even though the sales rep said sorry, the one-year warranty doesn't cover this kind of damage. No way we're buying anything from this store again, that's for sure.

    Lazy boy chair and a half purchase

    I bought this chair and a half from that store not too long ago, and man was I let down by the quality! There were some weird wrinkles on the seat and the recliner, so I contacted customer service to get a replacement. But when the new seat and back they sent turned out to be even worse, they claimed those wrinkles were just supposed to make it more comfy! I am seriously shocked by how they handled this situation without even caring about making me happy. Needless to say, I won't be shopping at that store again.

    Recliner rockers purchase

    We got two recliner rockers from this store as Christmas gifts in 2022 and it's been a total nightmare. The leather one we got has never been right since we brought it home. It reclines fine, but then won't go back up, leaving us frustrated every time we want to use it. We've had three different service calls trying to fix it, but none of them worked. The last guy even suggested putting heavier springs in, even though I'm only 185 lbs, and he couldn't promise it would work. When I turned down the offer and asked for a new chair instead, a third-party rep said there was no problem with the chair, La-Z-Boy doesn't promise comfort, and tough luck for me. The only option was to start the whole process over with Corporate, which only made me more frustrated and let down. I went with this brand because of its good name, but after all this, I'm done with it for good.

    New sofa

    I just got a new sofa and I'm pretty bummed about it. The seams are all messed up and the middle cushion is way too big and doesn't budge. The company who made it clearly doesn't care about quality or paying attention to detail. They won't do anything about it and say it's up to their standards, which I think is totally not cool. It's obvious they don't really care about making customers happy.

    Sofa, recliners, tables purchase

    Let me just start off by saying, if I could turn back time and give them zero stars, I totally would. The so-called "quality" furniture I bought from that place has been nothing but trouble since day one. I got two tables, two recliners, and a sofa, and all of them had issues right out of the gate. There are huge holes where the back pillows stop, the recliners' backs and sides don't even line up, and the finish is already starting to come off of one of the tables. And let's not even talk about how flimsy the recliners feel like they're about to fall apart every time I sit in them. I thought by spending more money and going to this supposedly reputable store, I'd be getting better stuff, but man, was I mistaken. The number of problems I've had with this supposed "quality" furniture is just off the charts. It's honestly the worst, most expensive furniture I've ever had to deal with. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from that place.

    $2000 sofa

    I wouldn't even bother giving this sofa a star if I could. Spent $2000 on it and the color started coming off right away. Tried reaching out to customer service, but they were useless. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. This sofa isn't just bad quality, it's like it has no quality at all. Save your money and don't buy from there, it's all garbage. Watch out if you're thinking about getting something from them.

    Furniture set purchase

    I recently bought a furniture set from the store. The new store looked good, but the customer service was the worst I've ever experienced. The receptionist was always rude, the sales agent, Don, tried his best despite working for a bad company, and the regional manager was unhelpful and didn't care about my concerns. It took over a month to get the sofa and love seat, and the chair didn't arrive until several months later. Despite my calls and complaints about not having the chair in time for Christmas guests, they didn't care at all. I asked for some compensation for the inconvenience, but the store and regional manager kept turning me down. Overall, the customer service from this company was just plain awful.
