HP Laptop Battery
There are a lot of scammers out there in the battery business, selling used or resuscitated goods that arrive completely dead or barely last a month. And if you have any other issues with your battery, good luck having them resolved. I did a ton of research prior to purchasing my HP laptop battery and ultimately decided to put my trust in Laptop Battery Express. I liked that they are an honest family-operated business with the customer in mind, they have a physical address and boast great reviews. Fortunately, I wasn't disappointed. Now the review wouldn't be complete if I didn't mention an issue where the wrong battery was sent to me in error that I didn't realize until shortly after the 30-day return policy had ended. Not a problem -- I reached out to Laptop Battery Express and they put me at ease (response time less than 24 hours by e-mail) by sending me the correct battery and a pre-paid return label for the incorrect one. It's only been a week and I can't speak for the quality of the battery, but I can tell you for a fact that this company is honest, communicates well and values its customers.
Laptop battery
I just got a new laptop battery from this company. It was super easy to order, and it arrived pretty quickly. Only thing is, the part number didn't match the one I had before, which made me a little worried. But I went ahead and had it installed at a computer shop, and luckily, it's been working fine so far.
Damaged Battery
I bought a battery from this company that was supposed to have really good cells, but man, what a letdown! It didn't fit right at all - part of it was sticking out, and the lock broke the first time I used it. Plus, they didn't even say where it was made, which made me doubt how good it actually was.
Laptop battery purchase
I just bought a laptop battery from this company, but I had a really bad experience with their customer service. I emailed them right after I got the battery to ask for a return, but they never replied. I tried calling them, but all I got was voicemail. I left a message, but they never called me back. It's really frustrating and I'm pretty disappointed with how they handled this whole situation.
Laptop Battery
I ordered a laptop battery two week ago. As of today, it has not arrived yet! When contacted the company, they said “... it was moving.” May be walking over? I have not received the product, but they’ve sent me an email to review their business. I would never buy another product from them and wouldn’t recommend to others either.
