Primers and Foundation
I recently bought some primers and foundation from this brand, and I gotta say, I was really impressed with how good the products are. The primers are amazing at making my makeup go on super smooth, and the foundation gives great coverage without feeling too heavy on my skin. I'm loving how long-lasting my makeup looks throughout the day. <br><br>But, I gotta be real - the way they're constantly sending me emails about their sales and stuff is getting to be too much. Even though ordering from them was quick and the products got to me fast, the flood of emails I get every day is just too overwhelming. It's annoying to always be bombarded with ads, and I ended up blocking the emails because it was just too much. Their pushy marketing tactics are making me think twice about buying from them again - I prefer a more balanced and respectful way of communicating.
Wonderful products
Wow products ,really great .I liked very much.
There is a small story when I booked a single item from your shop and that was Varsatile powder foundation few months back.And soon after that purchase month lock down imposed by authority and advised still stick at your home .Also suggested to keep out side things away some more days as all near by residents were doing against pandemic fear.
I waited then four months ,three users of cosmetic products I wanted to book but didn't allowed by family.
And finally when some safe movements started I ordered Full face kit of six packs and finally find it delivered two days late by logistics company.
Great products,other customers experiences may vary but suited me a lot for best looking.Baked foundation and artistry collection
At first, I was pretty bummed out about my order from this company because my stuff didn't show up on time. But when I got in touch with customer service, they were super quick to respond and explained that there was a problem with the supplier causing the delay. They hooked me up with a sweet discount as an apology and promised my stuff would be here in a week. And guess what? They weren't lyin', 'cause my order arrived just a few days later.
Makeup order
I ordered some makeup from this store not too long ago. I was kinda nervous about when it would arrive because I saw some bad reviews, but it actually got to me in just 2 weeks and everything was in great shape. The package was all sealed up nice and the makeup was exactly what I wanted. I'm pretty happy with my order and will for sure think about buying from this store again.
Mineral foundation
The mineral foundation I bought was such a letdown. It didn't cover anything and didn't do anything for my makeup. It was like putting on a pointless product. I definitely wouldn't suggest it to anyone wanting real coverage.
Highlighter and bronzer duo
I had a really bad experience with this company. I ordered a highlighter and bronzer duo about a month ago, and I had a bunch of problems with getting it delivered. It took way longer than it should have, and when I contacted customer service for an update, they told me the package got messed up and sent back to the sender without letting me know beforehand. The fact that the company didn't keep me in the loop was super annoying and unprofessional. I still haven't gotten my money back, and this whole thing has left a bad taste in my mouth. I'd recommend staying away from this company to avoid dealing with the same headache.
Cult face kit
At first, I was a little nervous because I read some bad reviews, but I decided to take a chance and buy the cult face kit. When I put on the light foundation, I was underwhelmed. It felt like it was doing nothing for my face. But after an hour, I was shocked to see how great my skin looked - so fresh and glowing, giving me a really natural look. I definitely give it a thumbs up!
Eyeliner pencil purchase
I've bought from this company twice and had different experiences both times. The first time, my order was super delayed - it took about three weeks to show up. But the second time, it came right on time. Overall, the stuff I got was pretty good, except for the eyeliner pencil. It just didn't cut it for me.
Baked Balance-n-Brighten color correcting foundation
I just bought the Baked Balance-n-Brighten color correcting foundation and man, was I let down. It was a messy application and settled into all my fine lines, not giving me good coverage. Overall, that foundation just didn't cut it for me.
Face powder not foundation
I saw this video online of this really awesome foundation that I absolutely needed to have. But when I finally got it, it was just like any other face powder! Totally not what I was expecting, you know?
Incomplete order received
My order had to wait so long to ship and when it finally got here, it was missing the foundation, which is a key item. Customer service wouldn't help and said they couldn't fix international orders. Now I have a half-finished makeup set without the foundation I really needed. I'm not buying from here again.
Kitchenware Set
I recently bought a kitchenware set from this company, and I was really disappointed with how it all went down. I checked my account for a tracking number and saw that the order was labeled as "Unfulfilled." So, I reached out to customer service to see what was up, and they told me they were out of stock on some stuff and it might take 3-4 weeks to ship out. I asked for a refund, but they said no even though they had my money and the products. I won't be buying from them again, and if I could, I'd give them a bad review. The customer service wasn't helpful, and now I have no products on the way or in my hands.
Baked foundation
I just bought this baked foundation from this company and let me tell you, I'm really bummed out about the whole thing. I waited a whole week for my order to come, but it never did. When I looked at the tracking info, it said my package was dropped off at the wrong place. I reached out to customer service right away and sent proof that I didn't get my order, but all I got back were those automated responses that didn't even help. So then I tried to get a refund on their website, but it's been two weeks and still no money back. This whole lack of communication and not fixing things has really turned me off, and I probably won't be shopping with them again.
Lost order
I'm pretty bummed about the service I got from this company. It’s been six weeks since I ordered my stuff, and I still haven’t gotten it or sorted things out. When I talked to customer service, they told me my order got lost while it was being shipped. I asked for a refund, but based on what other folks have said in their reviews, I’m not too hopeful about actually getting it. I’ll let you know if anything changes and I end up getting all my money back.
Order delay
OMG, I wish I checked out the reviews before ordering from here! They said I'd get my stuff in 3-5 days, but it's been 2 weeks and no package. Emailed them and they blame delays from Italy on certain shades, which I didn't even order! Super annoying 😡 Was pumped to try something new, now just disappointed. Marketing team must be good 'cause they got me. Save your money and time, go to Boots. Total bummer.
Facebook video, foundation, poor coverage, brush application, not effective.
I fell for this video ad on Facebook for a foundation that claimed to have amazing coverage and it turned out to be a big letdown. The foundation didn't cover well, slipped right off the brush, and didn't even show up on my face. I felt completely ripped off by their deceiving marketing tactics. It was a total waste of money and I wouldn't suggest buying this product to anyone.
Eyeshadow palette
I got this eyeshadow palette and it arrived all smashed up! I reached out to them for a refund weeks ago, but I haven't heard anything back yet. They don't even have a phone number to call, just those automated emails. I'm really bummed and annoyed, not holding out much hope of getting my money back at this point.
